• 10:04 a.m.: Police arrested Michael Eldon Joseph Guido, 18, of Gervais, at the intersection of Robin Avenue and Arney Road, and he was charged with hit and run.

Thursday, May 10

• 4:23 p.m.: Police arrested Ana I Paniagua-Fernandez, 33, of Woodburn, in the 700 block of South Pacific Highway, and she was charged with prohibited practices - pharmaceuticals.

Sunday, May 13

• 8:36 a.m.: Police arrested Salomon Vasquez-Hernandez, 34, of Marion County, at Walmart, and he was charged with third-degree vandalism, failure to appear, resisting arrest, and shoplifting.

• 4:32 p.m.: Police arrested Felipe Pascual, 26, in the 100 block of South Front Street, and he was charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

Tuesday, May 15

• 11:36 a.m.: Police arrested Bictorino Errera-Morales, 31, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Wednesday, May 16

• 6:02 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Luna Pichaco, 22, of Keizer, at the intersection of West Lincoln Street and North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 10:40 p.m.: Police arrested Timothy Downey, 65, in the 1900 block of Jansen Way, and he was charged with second-degree assault.

Saturday, May 19

• 2:39 a.m.: Police arrested Efrain Antonio Morales-Morales, 48, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of Silverton Avenue, and he was charged with DUII, and driving while suspended.

• 2:44 a.m.: Police arrested Santiago Ceja-Huacuz, 37, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of Silverton Avenue, and he was charged with DUII.

• 5:27 a.m.: Police arrested Reynaldo Santos Mendoza, 42, of Sunnyside, WA., in the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with strangulation.

• 10:18 p.m.: Police arrested Jorge Tapia-Guzman, 25, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Young Street, and he was charged with three-counts of first-degree criminal mischief, DUII, failure to appear, hit and run, and reckless driving.

Sunday, May 20

• 12:55 a.m.: Police arrested Jose Roberto Duran-Morales, 37, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of East Cleveland Street, and he was charged with possession of cocaine.

• 3:20 p.m.: Police arrested Josue Jonathan Gasca, 25, in the 500 block of North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, and harassment.

• 11:38 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Carmen Ramos-Gaspar, 31, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of George Street, and he was charged with DUII, and reckless driving.

• 10:12 p.m.: Police arrested Marisa Jiesel Granados, 24, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Oak Street, and she was charged with violation of parole.
