Friday, May 25

• 6:10 p.m.: Police arrested Chanh Boi Tran, 47, of Marion County, in the 1100 block of North Pacific Highway, and she was charged with menacing, first-degree robbery and unlawful use of a weapon (possessed illegally).

Friday, June 8

• 2:11 a.m.: Police arrested Marisa Jiesel Granados, 24, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North First and Harrison streets, and she was charged with arrest on a warrant.

Saturday, June 9

• 1:23 a.m.: Police arrested Danny Earl Packer, 63, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree vandalism and strangulation.

• 4:44 p.m.: Police arrested Alfredo Mendoza-Geronimo, 26, of Marion County, at the intersection of West Cleveland and North Second streets, and he was charged with hit and run.

• 10:16 p.m.: Police arrested Santos Jesus Diaz-Santos, 27, of Woodburn, in the 400 block of North Fifth Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Sunday, June 10

• 10:53 a.m.: Police arrested Ronald Jeffrey Bell, 58, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of Lawson Avenue, and he was charged with aggravated harassment and second-degree trespassing.

• 11:02 p.m.: Police arrested Leandro Mendez-Galicia, 37, of Marion County, in the 300 block of Olive Avenue, and he was charged with probation violation.

Monday, June 11

• 8:14 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

• 8:47 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at the intersection of Silverton Avenue and North Pacific Highway.

• 2:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 400 block of Tulip Avenue.

• 9:22 p.m.: Police arrested Luis Fernando Romero-Reyes, 22, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of Newberg Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

• 11:28 p.m.: Police arrested Gaspar Lujan-Cruz, 32, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of George Street, and he was charged with DUII, hit and run, and initiating a false police report.

Tuesday, June 12

• 10:46 a.m.: Police responded to a report of menacing in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street.

• 2 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation, in the 400 block of Parr Road.

• 3:28 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 5:25 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 2:25 a.m.: Police arrested David Ashley Moore, 29, of Woodburn, in the 2400 block of Tracy Lane, and he was charged with violation of a restraining order.

• 6:41 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Grant Street.

• 8:22 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 2:57 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1500 block of Newberg Highway.

• 4:09 p.m.: Police arrested Neil Timofei Kvokov, 47, of Woodburn, in the 4300 block of Hillside Court, and he was charged with violating a court stalking protective order.

Sunday, June 10

• 3:34 a.m.: Police arrested Jessica Angie Alvarez, 22, of Hubbard, in the 3900 block of Third Street, and she was charged with fourth-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal mischief.

Monday, June 11

• 10:18 p.m.: Police arrested Wesley Aaron McCain, 20, of Hubbard, in the 2900 block of D Street, and he was charged with harassment and interfering with making a police report.

Wednesday, June 6

• 3:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism to cars and individuals trying to sell drugs in the 400 block of West Marquam Street. Open investigation.

Friday, June 8

• 7:24 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at a business in the 1000 block of North Main Street.

• 10:54 a.m.: Police arrested Ines Lara Dominguez, 43, transient, in the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, and she was charged on a warrant out of Marion County.

Saturday, June 9

• 6:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a theft and attempted burglary in the 100 block of East Charles Street. Open investigation.

• 6:49 p.m.: Police arrested Timothy Nelson, 43, transient, in the 800 block of North Spruce Street, and he was charged with robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, harassment and menacing.

Monday, June 11

• 4:27 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a sex offense on Abbey Drive. Open investigation.

Tuesday, June 12

• 9:01 a.m.: Police responded to a report of stalking in the 500 block of Wilco Highway. After further investigation, it was determined if any crimes did occur, they did not occur in the Mount Angel jurisdiction. The complainant was directed to the appropriate jurisdiction.

• 6:31 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a runaway on Abbey Drive. Unable to locate the subject.

Wednesday, June 13

• 10:48 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a crash/non-injury in the 200 block of Industrial Way.

Thursday, June 14

• 3:26 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft of a bank card on Garfield Street. Open investigation.

• 6:09 p.m.: Police arrested Vernon Reitzer, 45, of Mount Angel, in the 1000 block of Academy Street, and he was charged on a Marion County warrant.

• 9:52 p.m.: Police cited and released Kyron Zeober, 26, of Mount Angel, on the Wilco Highway and Downs Road, and he was charged with driving while suspended.

Saturday, June 16

• 8:30 p.m.: Police arrested Torin Kates, 22, of Mount Angel, in the 400 block of Buchheit Street, and he was charged with domestic violence harassment and improper use of emergency communications system.

Monday, June 18

• 2:03 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft of a purse on North Garfield Street. Open investigation.

• 3:13 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a non-injury crash in the 200 block of Main Street.
