Sunday, June 10

• 8 p.m.: Police arrested Scott Douglas Brotherton, 58, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Harvard Drive and Creighton Street, and he was charged with DUII, and hit and run.

Thursday, June 14

• 1:19 a.m.: Police arrested Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 29, of Woodburn, in the 1100 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine. Also arrested was Maria D. Vasquez-Hernandez, 31, of Woodburn and she was charged with failure to appear.

8:59 p.m.: Police arrested Stephanie Patricio-Vallejo, 31, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of Greenview Drive and she was charged with second-degree assault.

• 11:43 p.m.: Police arrested Edgar Lopez-Gonzales, 27, at the intersection of Harrison and North Third streets, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Friday, June 15

• 3 p.m.: Police arrested Erika Lynne Rust, 27, of Canby, and Orlando Silva, 26 of Marion County, in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and both were charged with shoplifting.

Saturday, June 16

• 1:05 a.m.: Police arrested Rolando Ramirez-Flores, 42, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of Country Club Road, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, first-degree criminal mistreatment, and strangulation.

• 1:28 a.m.: Police arrested Wilson Leonardo Reyes-Mardiago, 38, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Olive Avenue, and he was charged with contempt of court.

Sunday, June 17

• 3:28 a.m.: Police arrested Francisco Lopez-Hernandez, 23, of Woodburn, in the 1600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with DUII, and reckless driving.

• 9:01 p.m.: Police arrested Federico Garcia-Picho, 51, of Marion County, in the 100 block of Harrison Street, and he was charged with probation violation.

• 10:13 p.m.: Police arrested Silvino Lara-Lara, 37, of Vancouver, WA., on I-5 northbound at milepost 271, and he was charged with DUII.

Monday, June 18

• 12:05 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti at the intersection of Baylor Drive and South Evergreen Road.

• 12:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 5 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 900 block of Corby Street.

• 5:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1900 block of Jansen Way.

• 5:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of Orchard Lane.

• 5:29 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of South Front Street.

• 5:37 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1800 block of Woodland Avenue.

• 5:48 p.m.: Police arrested Enrique Gudino, 24, in the 900 block of Corby Street, and he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and violation of parole.

• 6:03 p.m.: Police arrested Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 29, of Woodburn, at the intersection of North Front and Garfield streets, and he was charged with third-degree theft.

• 3:32 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Lawson Avenue.

• 11:55 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 900 block of Meadowvale Lane.

• 1:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 7:50 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1200 block of West Lincoln Street.

• 9:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a robbery-unarmed in the 100 block of North Front Street.

• 10:47 p.m.: Police arrested Timofei T. Usoltseff, 19, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Oswald Street., and he was charged with DUII, and minor in possession of alcohol.

Wednesday, June 20

• 2:18 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2900 block of Tom Tennant Drive.

• 4:33 a.m.: Police responded to a report of narcotic investigation in the 600 block of North Front Street.

• 6:15 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of Bradley Street.

• 7:23 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Harrison Street.

• 9:34 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of Evergreen Road.

• 11:43 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Bradley Street.

• 5:51 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 700 block of Carol Street.

• 7:55 p.m.: Police arrested Bictorino Errera-Morales, 31, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with arrest on warrant.

• 8 p.m.: Police responded to a report of burglary in the 400 block of Montgomery Street.

• 11:04 p.m.: Police arrested Lyric Lynn Barrera, 21, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of North Front Street, and was charged with first-degree theft.

Thursday, June 21

• 8:24 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1100 block of Greenview Drive.

• 10 a.m.: Police arrested Justin David Tickell, 34, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear, giving false information to a police officer, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Also arrested was Katherine Rhonda Juarez, 23, of Salem, and she was charged with three-counts of failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• 11:46 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 3000 block of Jonah Place.

• 3:51 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 4:12 p.m.: Police responded to a report of shoplifting in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 6:46 p.m.: Police arrested Luis Javier Zamora, 20, of Woodburn, in the 200 block of Acacia Avenue, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 6:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 2:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of East Lincoln Street.

• 1:40 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a family disturbance in the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, the officer had the parties separate.

• 6:23 p.m.: Police arrested Bryan McClaskey, 48, of Salem, in the 400 block of South Main Street, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault, criminal mischief, and possession of methamphetamine.

Thursday, June 21

• 9:57 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a crash – hit and run, on North Garfield Street, the hit and run left damage to the complainant's vehicle. The incident occurred on an unknown date and time or location.

Saturday, June 23

• 8:18 p.m.: Police arrested Leslie Glasser Jr., 56, of Lebanon, at the intersection of South Main and May streets, and he was charged with DUII and careless driving.

Sunday, June 24

• 12:13 a.m. Police responded to a report of vandalism, in the 200 block of Monroe Street, a gate on private property had been rammed numerous times by a vehicle. Open investigation.

Monday, June 25

• 12:07 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity, in the 900 block of South Main Street, regarding possible ID theft. Open investigation.

• 5:37 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity, in the 400 block of West College Street, the report received of a suspicious individual who was speaking through the bushes to a young child. The child reported the incident to their parents who contacted police. The officer was unable to locate the subject, extra patrols will be conducted in the area.

Tuesday, June 26

• 1:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity, in the 200 block of Leo Street, the report received of an out of compliance sex offender. Open investigation.
