THursday, July 12

• 4 p.m.: Police arrested Jason Lee Hosley, 36, in the 2700 block of Newberg Highway, and he was charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, probation violation, first-degree theft and second-degree theft.

Friday, July 13

• 4:36 a.m.: Police arrested Erick Abel Bautista, 23, of Woodburn, in the 2300 block of West Hayes Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 7:45 p.m.: Police arrested Andres Miguel Valle, 21, of Woodburn, at the Woodburn Premium Outlets, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

• 11:43 p.m.: Police arrested Emmanuel Cisneros-Alvarez, 24, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with harassment.

SAturday, July 14

• 6:38 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Pacheco, 30, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of North First Street, and he was charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree theft.

• 8:19 p.m.: Police arrested Bernabe Garcia Antonio, 35, of Gervais, at the intersection of West Lincoln Street and North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with DUII.

• 9:27 p.m.: Police arrested Charles Ross McNeil, 57, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of Sallal Road, and he was charged with arrest on warrant.

• 10:45 p.m.: Police arrested Cesar Carrillo-Perez, 22, in the 1300 block of East Cleveland Street, and he was charged with harassment and interfering with making a police report.

Sunday, July 15

• 6:17 p.m.: Police arrested Juan Roque-Hernandez, 25, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of Thompson Road, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 10:29 p.m.: Police arrested Tachrista Pasean Davis, 28, in the 800 block of Meadowvale Lane, and she was charged with fourth-degree assault and third-degree vandalism.

Monday, July 16

• 1:39 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of Daylily Street.

• 3:56 p.m.: Police arrested Daniel Keith Green, 43, of Keizer, in the 100 block of Arney Road, and he was charged with violation of parole. Also arrested was Raymond DeForrest King, 44, of Salem, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1000 block of Arney Road.

• 11:40 p.m.: Police arrested Pablo Garcia Ponce, 30, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road, and he was charged with second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon (possess illegally).

• 11:51 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of Woodland Avenue.

Tuesday, July 17

• 9:41 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 100 block of Oak Street.

• 9:52 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3100 block of Linda Street.

• 10:22 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of Hardcastle Avenue.

• 11:58 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Arney Road.

• 2:10 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of Julie Court.

• 2:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3000 block of Sprague Lane.

• 2:41 p.m.: Police responded to two reports of theft in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 5:08 p.m.: Police arrested Brian Alexander Bailey, 25, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with shoplifting.

• 6:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 1700 block of Park Avenue.

• 7:51 p.m.: Police arrested Jose Emanuel Garcia-Montes, 19, of Woodburn, in the 1300 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine.

• 3:57 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 4:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1400 block of Alexandra Avenue.

• 6:39 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at Walmart.

• 10:59 p.m.: Police arrested Mauricio Benito Bejarano, 36, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Parr Avenue, and he was charged with first-degree criminal possession of forged instrument, harassment, identity theft, menacing and strangulation.

• 11:44 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Lawson Avenue.

Friday, July 20

• 1:15 a.m.: Police arrested Edgar Lopez-Gonzales, 27, in the 300 block of North First Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 7:09 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Evergreen Road.

• 8:26 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 4:29 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of North First Street.

• 8 p.m.: Police arrested David Ashley Moore, 30, of Woodburn, in the 3600 block of Highway 99E, and he was charged with driving while suspended.

Sunday, July 15

• 11:01 p.m.: Police arrested John Russell Trudell, 47, of Portland, at the intersection of G Street and Highway 99E, and he was charged with DUII.

Monday, July 16

• 11:48 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3500 block of Highway 99E.

• 10:49 p.m.: Police arrested Steven Richard Berlandi, Jr., 37, of Mount Angel, in the 3100 block of G Street, and he was charged with second-degree trespassing, second-degree theft from a motor vehicle and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle.

• 1:18 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3100 block of Second Street.

Wednesday, July 18

• 3:02 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1000 block of East Marquam Street, an account was opened under the complainant's name. Open investigation.

• 10:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of two individuals inside a vacant house in the 700 block of North Pershing Street. The officer observed the individuals, who were trespassed from the property.

Friday, July 20

• 9:15 p.m.: Police responded to a suicide attempt in the 700 block of Elm Street.

SAturday, July 21

• 4:25 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a a verbal dispute/family disturbance in the 800 block of North Spruce Street. Parties were separated.

• 3:35 p.m.: Police responded to a suicide attempt in the 1000 block of Academy Street.

Sunday, July 22

• 9:09 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 800 block of North Spruce Street. The deputies took a subject into custody on a warrant.

• 10:37 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 800 block of North Main Street. The officers were advised the disturbance was verbal and the parties were separated.

• 4:03 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 400 block of West Marquam Street. Open investigation.

Monday, July 23

• 6:40 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 800 block of North Main Street, the report was regarding funds stolen from an account. Open investigation.
