• 5:26 a.m.: Police arrested Ryan Neal Jipp, 32, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of North Second Street and he was charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault, harassment and strangulation.

• 8:25 p.m.: Police arrested Andres Martinez-Alviride, 18, of Woodburn, in the 1700 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and strangulation.

Friday, July 27

• 4:09 a.m.: Police arrested Andres Lopez-Garcia, 45, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of Industrial Avenue, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and failure to appear.

• 5:22 p.m.: Police arrested Isaiah Lamar Brown, 19, of Portland, at Walmart, and he was charged with shoplifting.

• 8:17 p.m.: Police arrested Mario Diaz, 35, in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road, and he was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree disorderly conduct and possession of methamphetamine.

• 1:53 a.m.: Police arrested Amy Victoria Manolakos, 22, of Gervais, in the 2900 block of Tom Tennant Drive, and she was charged with failure to appear.

• 6:44 p.m.: Police arrested Rodolfo Vicente-Molina, 39, of Woodburn, in the 300 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 9:34 p.m.: Police arrested Manuel Santiago-Enriquez, 21, of Woodburn, in the 600 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.

• 10:50 p.m.: Police responded to a disturbance report in the 100 block of North Cleveland Street. The officers determined it was an intoxicated individual who was having difficulty getting into the house. The officers remained on scene until the individual calmed down and went into the house.

• 7:53 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 200 block of West Marquam Street.

• 8:11 a.m.: Police found on Abbey Drive graffiti and a hypodermic needle possibly left by a homeless individual.

• 2:20 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a hit and run crash in the 300 block of North Main Street in the parking lot of a local business. Open investigation.

• 5:45 p.m.: Police cited and released Michail Chuprov, 73, of Gervais, at the intersection of North Main and Monroe streets, and he was charged with driving while suspended, failure to register vehicle and failure to obey a traffic control device.
