Monday, Aug. 6

• 10:59 a.m.: Police arrested Rey David Chavez, 40, of Woodburn, on charges of failure to appear, interfering with a police officer and possession of methamphetamine, at the intersection of Young, Bryan and Elm streets.

Tuesday, Aug. 7

• 2:10 a.m.: Police arrested Jorge Alberto Arteaga Jr., 20, of Marion County, who was charged with two counts of first-degree vandalism and tampering with a witness, in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road.

Saturday, Aug. 11

• 4:43 p.m.: Diana Patricia Gonzalez-Gonzalez, 33, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1200 block of Greenview Drive and charged with hit and run.

• 10:26 p.m.: Annissa Faviola Orozco-Dick, 27, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 600 block of West Hayes Street and charged with failure to appear.

Sunday, Aug. 12

• 9:35 p.m.: Jesse Ray Flores, 31, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with driving while suspended.

Monday, Aug. 13

• 3 a.m.: William Patrick Mann, 33, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue and charged with coercion, distribution, manufacturing, and possession of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a weapon, first-degree theft, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

• 12:10 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

• 12:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of Arney Road.

• 3:13 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing at the intersection of June and Audrey ways.

• 3:50 p.m.: Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 30, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1400 block of Greenview Drive and charged with failure to appear.

• 5:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 11:55 p.m.: Juan Roque-Hernandez, 25, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and failure to appear.

Tuesday, Aug. 14

• 9:07 a.m.: Hector Vasquez-Garcia, 32, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street and charged with fourth-degree assault.

• 9:45 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1800 block of Sallal Road.

• 1:37 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 4:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 500 block of North Settlemier Avenue.

• 6:57 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at Walmart.

Saturday, Aug. 11

• 9:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block of Humpert Lane. The officer located an individual sleeping in a car. The individual stated they just arrived from out of state for work and was looking for a place to live.
