Tuesday, Aug. 7

• 12 p.m.: Pablo Leonardo Menchaca, Jr., 27, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway and was charged with first-degree assault, first-degree assault-attempted murder, pointing a firearm at another, first-degree robbery, third-degree theft, unlawful use of a weapon (shoot in prohibited area).

Tuesday, Aug. 14

• 10:57 a.m.: Julie Ann Pritchett, 30, of McMinnville, was arrested at Safeway and was charged with failure to appear.

Friday, Aug. 17

• 5:10 p.m.: Rebeca Seiria Manea, 27, of Vancouver, was arrested at Walmart and was charged with shoplifting, also arrested was Frank Garcia Aleman, 35, of Vancouver and was charged with failure to appear and shoplifting.

Saturday, Aug. 18

• 6:09 p.m.: Zalleene Marie Deeanne Barlow, 21, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1500 block of James Street and was charged with harassment.

• 10:40 p.m.: Frank Emmanuel Martinez, 31, of Woodburn, was arrested on Juniper Circle and was charged with second-degree assault.

Sunday, Aug. 19

• 1:20 a.m.: Federico Tschebotarjew-Sanoiloff, 49, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 800 block of Kelowna Street and was charged with fourth-degree assault, and strangulation.

• 11:48 p.m.: Alfredo Hernandez-Aguayo, 42, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1000 block of Ogle Street and was charged with fourth-degree assault, harassment, and possession of methamphetamine. Monday, Aug. 20

• 7:21 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation in the 1000 block of Ogle Street.

• 8:15 a.m.: Police responded to two reports of graffiti on Wilson and Hawley streets.

• 11:09 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Evergreen Road.

• 1:32 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1700 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 5:03 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 200 block of Young Street.

• 5:23 p.m.: Police responded to two reports of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 7:41 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 300 block of Young Street.

• 10:28 p.m.: Julia Elizabeth Tribe, 22, of Olympia, WA., was arrested on I-5 northbound at milepost 257 and was charged with DUII.

Tuesday, Aug. 21

• 12:33 a.m.: Jorge Miguel Maldonado, 28, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1900 block of Sallal Road and was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer, possession of methamphetamine, and violation of parole.

• 7:07 a.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 500 block of North First Street.

• 9:32 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1400 block of Aztec Drive.

• 8:22 p.m.: Mike Kuznetsov, 38, of Woodburn, was arrested at the intersection of East Cleveland and Gatch streets and was charged with failure to appear.

• 8:34 p.m.: Jeremias Perez-Martinez, 28, of Woodburn, was arrested at the 1400 block of Park Avenue and was charged with violation of release agreement, and violation of restraining order.

Wednesday, Aug. 22

• 10:55 a.m.: Andres Miguel Valle, 21, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 700 block of Young Street and was charged with two-counts of vandalism.

• 11:56 p.m.: Eduardo Ramirez-Ramirez, 20, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway and was charged with menacing.

• 2:43 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 5:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 11:26 p.m.: Police responded to a report of menacing in the 900 block of North Pacific Highway.

Thursday, Aug. 23

• 11:14 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 1800 block of Newberg Highway.

• 2:23 p.m.: Anthony Michael Gray, 29, of Hubbard, was arrested at the Woodburn Premium Outlets and was charged with failure to appear.

• 5:46 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 100 block of Oak Street.

• 6:22 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 7:09 p.m.: Letricia Lopez, 29, of Salem, was arrested in the 100 block of Harrison Street and was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, giving false information to police officer, and possession of burglar tools.

• 7:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation at the intersection of Whiskey Hill and Pulley roads.

• 8:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a robbery in the 2200 block of Country Club Road.

• 1:20 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2600 block of Creighton Street.

• 6:05 p.m.: Angela Jane Lohr, 50, of Hubbard, was arrested in the 19000 block of Highway 99E and was charged with failure to appear.

Wednesday, Aug. 22

• 7:38 p.m.: Gustavo Cabrera Herrera, 26, of Woodburn, was arrested at the intersection of G and First Street and was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Thursday, Aug. 23

• 8:06 p.m.: Feodor Molodyh, 32, of Marion County, was arrested at the intersection of Whiskey Hill and Pulley roads and was charged with arrest on warrant and possession of methamphetamine.

Sunday, Aug. 26

• 9:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation at the intersection of Hoodview Drive and J Street.

• 3:47 p.m.: James Hunsberger, 20, of Scotts Mills, was arrested in the 30000 block of South Meridian Road and was charged on a warrant.

Sunday, Aug. 26

• 10:57 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue, the officers recovered the vehicle and arrested Kenneth Hannon, 29, of Scotts Mills and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Monday, Aug. 27

• 8:37 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person/vehicle at the intersection of Wilco Highway and Downs Road, the vehicle crashed off the road and was unoccupied. The crash had been reported to Oregon State Police.

Tuesday, Aug. 28

• 12:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism at a bus shelter in the 900 block of South Main Street. Open investigation.
