• 2:10 a.m.: Grigoriy Y Ermolenko, 19, of Marion County, and Hugo Gonzalez-Bejar Jr., were both arrested at the intersection of Newberg Highway and North Settlemier Avenue and was charged with minor in possession of alcohol.

Monday, Aug. 20

• 8:45 p.m.: Carlos Infante-Vasquez, 27, of Marion County, was arrested in the 1200 block of North Fifth Street and was charged with failure to appear and giving false information.

Tuesday, Aug. 21

• 11:58 p.m.: Antonio Lopez-Hernandez, 29, of Woodburn, was arrested at the intersection of Newberg Highway and North Fifth Street and was charged with DUII.

Wednesday, Aug. 22

• 12:47 a.m.: Randy Lopez, 18, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway and was charged with hit and run.

Friday, Aug. 24

• 5:36 p.m.: Lacey Ann Keene, 33 of McMinnville, was arrested in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue and was charged with shoplifting.

• 9:40 p.m.: Marta Valenciano, 32, of Woodburn, was arrested at the Woodburn Premium Outlets and was charged with shoplifting.

• 11:23 p.m.: Veronica Wendy Pulido, 29, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 200 block of Oswald Street and was charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment.

Saturday, Aug. 25

• 4:48 a.m.: Cesar Ignacio Bautista, 25, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue and was charged with DUII and unlawful possession of a firearm.

• 5 p.m.: Forrest Anthony Rankins, 59, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 300 block of West Hayes Street and was charged with failure to appear.

Sunday, Aug. 26

• 12:55 a.m.: Elias D. Mendoza-Mendoza, 32, of Woodburn, was arrested at the intersection of West Hayes Street and North Cascade Drive and he was charged with DUII and reckless driving.

• 8:27 p.m.: Isaac A. Rayles-Valdivia, 19, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road and was charged with arrest on warrant, felon in possession of a weapon, and interfering with a police officer.

• 10:04 p.m.: Juan David Cardona-Gregorio, 26, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 900 block of Gatch Street and was charged with DUII, and reckless driving.

Monday, Aug. 27

• 8:25 a.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting on Smith Court.

• 9:41 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 300 block of South Evergreen Road.

• 1:52 p.m.: Police responded to two reports of theft at the Woodburn Premium Outlets.

• 6:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of neglect in the 600 block of West Hayes Street.

• 6:42 p.m.: Julio Cesar Casillas-Salazar, 18, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1400 block of Park Avenue and was charged with menacing and unlawful use of a weapon (possess illegally).

• 6 p.m.: Douglas Michael Schwindt, 56, of Albany, was arrested in the 2900 block of Newberg Highway and was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, and improper use of 911.

• 8:21 p.m.: Carlos Villa-Gonzalez, 27, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1700 block of Park Avenue and was charged with fourth-degree assault.
