WOODBURN

Thursday, Sept. 13

• 11:20 a.m.: Joshua Sniezak, 24, of Dallas, was arrested at the intersection of North Front Street and Hazelnut Drive and was charged with failure to appear.

Sunday, Sept. 16

• 12:13 p.m.: Angelo Freddi III, 44, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1400 block of Mount Hood Avenue and was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft by deception.

Tuesday, Sept. 18

• 5 p.m.: Jesus Garcia-Garcia, 19, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 900 block of North Second Street and was charged with first-degree criminal mischief.

Thursday, Sept. 20

• 12:45 p.m.: Diana Lisette Cabrera, 26, of Marion County, was arrested at the intersection of Garfield and North Third streets and was charged with driving while suspended and hit and run.

Friday, Sept. 21

• 3:18 a.m.: Evan Gnagey, 35, was arrested in the 100 block of Arney Road and was charged with failure to appear.

• 8:38 a.m.: Natalie Jean Dickenson, 36, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 600 block of West Hayes Street and was charged with first-degree arson and violation of parole.

• 8:55 p.m.: Julieta Cecilia Lopez, 27, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1000 block of Park Avenue and was charged with third-degree assault.

Saturday, Sept. 22

• 1:46 p.m.: Noemi Diaz-Abrego, 37, of Salem, was arrested at the intersection of Newberg Highway and Woodland Avenue and was charged with hit and run.

• 3:12 p.m.: Gustavo Hernandez-Santizo, 25, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue and was charged with second- and third-degree shoplifting.

• 8:22 p.m.: Juan Lopez-Perez, 29, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1000 block of North Boones Ferry Road and was charged with failure to carry license, giving false information to police and violation of release agreement.

• 10:09 p.m.: Josue Jonathan Gasca, 26, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue and was charged with DUII.

Sunday, Sept. 23

• 5:29 p.m.: Diego Lucas Morales, 37, of Woodburn, was arrested at the intersection of North First and West Hayes streets and was charged with DUII and hit and run.

• 9:52 p.m.: Luis Alberto Pineda, 36, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1700 block of Tierra Lynn Drive and was charged with arrest on warrant.

Monday, Sept. 24

• 9:38 a.m.: Alejandro Torres-Yesca, 19, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 2000 block of North Pacific Highway and was charged with DUII.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

• 11:02 p.m.: Cheyenne Lee Fuller, 23, of Molalla, was arrested in the 600 block of West Hayes Street and was charged with failure to appear.

• 11:16 p.m.: Joshua Ryan Hayes, 40, of Woodburn, was arrested on West Hayes Street and was charged with failure to appear.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

• 2:07 p.m.: Alejandra Racheal Pantaleon, 20, of Salem, was arrested in the 500 block of North Settlemier Avenue and was charged with failure to appear.

Thursday, Sept. 27

• 4:45 p.m.: Jorge Miguel Maldonado, 28, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 600 block of West Hayes Street and was charged with first-degree burglary, two counts of menacing, first-degree robbery, unlawful use of a weapon (possess illegally), and violation of parole.

GERVAIS

Monday, Sept. 17

• 3:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of criminal mischief in front of City Hall.

Tuesday, Sept. 18

• 8:09 a.m.: Police responded to a report from a parent of a Gervais High School student that their child's vehicle was entered and items were stolen.

• 8:21 a.m.: Police responded to a Gervais Public Works report that the pavilion and picnic tables at the community park were vandalized. Juveniles were identified and contacted.

Wednesday, Sept. 19

• 12:31 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious male, with a knife, wandering around the area of Fifth and Sixth streets. Police contacted him and sent him on his way.

Friday, Sept. 21

• 7:46 p.m.: Alejandro Sanchez, 29, of Dundee, was arrested and charged with DUII and reckless driving.

Sunday, Sept. 23

• 1:58 p.m.: Felipe Pascual Felipe, 26, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with DUII.

Monday, Sept. 24

• 12:33 p.m.: Police responded to a report from the Gervais Bar of criminal mischief occurring in front of the bar.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

• 11:08 a.m.: Yakov Toran, 37, of Gervais, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

Thursday, Sept. 27

• 2:34 p.m.: Police responded to a citizen on Lantana Lane that criminal mischief had occurred twice to their property.

Friday, Sept. 28

• 2:36 p.m.: Michael Villa, 29, of Gervais, was arrested and charged with invasion of personal property.

Saturday, Sept. 29

• 4:48 p.m.: Amee Creech, 39, of Gervais, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

Sunday, Sept. 30

• 5:04 p.m.: Jessica Whitley, 47, of Gervais, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

• 2:31 p.m.: Police responded to a report of reckless driving at the intersection of G and First streets.

Saturday, Sept. 29

• 7:02 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at the intersection of South Whiskey Hill and South Watts roads.

Sunday, Sept. 30

• 5:30 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation in the 4500 block of Pacific Highway.

MOUNT ANGEL

Wednesday, Sept. 19

• 7:14 a.m.: Police assisted in serving a restraining order in the 800 block of South Main Street.

Saturday, Sept. 22

• 3:19 p.m.: Police issued a citation for driving while suspended in the 300 block of North Main Street.

Sunday, Sept. 23

• 11:36 a.m.: Police received a report of an individual walking around houses and looking in windows. The officer located the individual who stated they were looking for cans in the 400 block of Marion Court.

Monday, Sept. 24

• 2:37 p.m.: Police officer assisted in opening a car with a child locked inside in the 100 block of Cherry Street.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

• 9:15 a.m.: Police located two individuals slumped over in a vehicle. Upon further investigation, it was determined they were sleeping. The driver was warned for traffic violations, at the intersection of East College Street and Towers Lane.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

• 7:27 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a missing adult, in the 500 block of South Main Street. The individual had not been seen in approximately five hours. Officers and other emergency personnel responded and located the subject who had become stuck off a trail. The individual was safely returned to their home.

Thursday, Sept. 27

• 3:45 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a missing juvenile,in the 800 block of South Main Street. Officers located the child, who was reunited with their parent.

Friday, Sept. 28

• 9:41 a.m.: Steven Laing, 41, transient, was arrested in the 300 block of Cindy Lane and was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a stolen vehicle.

• 2:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report regarding an individual who seemed confused in the 500 block of East College Street. Upon contact it was determined the individual was recovering from surgery and was walking to complete an errand. No illegal activity involved.
