Police reports for Woodburn, Hubbard and Mount Angel for the weeks of Sept. 27 through Oct. 9

WOODBURN

Thursday, Sept. 27

• 1:59 p.m.: Danny Earl Packer was arrested in the 1500 block of North Pacific Highway and was charged with possession of methamphetamine and first-degree theft.

• 3 p.m.: Aliesei Kojin, 50, Sergio Rae Zepeda-Salinas, 59, Anita Frost, 57, Mellissa Lynn Taylor, 36, all of Woodburn, in the 600 block of West Hayes Street, were arrested and charged with failure to appear. Vanessa Shayli Mazzi, 30, of Woodburn was arrested and charged with arrest on warrant and giving false information to a police officer.

• 11:56 p.m.: Yonatan Gerardo Lara-Vallejo, 18, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1600 block of North Front Street and was charged with first-degree theft.

Friday, Sept. 28

• 8:24 p.m.: Antonio Rosas-Gonzalez, 28, of Molalla, was arrested in the 200 block of North Pacific Highway and was charged with DUII.

saturday, Sept. 29

• 9:39 p.m.: Anthony Quiroz Hernandez, 20, of Marion County, was arrested in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue and was charged with attempting to elude police and reckless driving.

sunday, Sept. 30

• 1:49 p.m.: Letricia Lopez, 29, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 200 block of Ogle Street and was charged with failure to appear.

• 5:41 p.m.: Rogelio Hernandez-Ramirez, 23, of Woodburn, was arrested at the intersection of Ogle Street and Bridlewood Lane and was charged with DUII, failure to appear, and hit and run.

• 10:57 p.m.: Saul Angel Sanches, 18, of Woodburn, was arrested at the Woodburn Aquatic Center and was charged with second-degree trespassing, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Monday, Oct. 1

• 8:24 a.m.: Julia Renee Stone, 50, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 100 block of East Lincoln Street and was charged with arrest on warrant.

• 1:23 p.m.: Police responded to a report of reckless driving in the 3000 block of Newberg Highway.

• 2:16 p.m.: Alberto Cruz-Rodriguez, 43, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 3000 block of Newberg Highway and was charged with first-degree forgery and using invalid license.

• 5:16 p.m.: Police responded to a report of counterfeiting in the 2600 block of Stanford Street.

Tuesday, Oct. 2

• 12:30 a.m.: Vyacheslav Burlachenko, 38, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1500 block of Mount Hood Avenue and was charged with first-degree forgery.

• 1:34 a.m.: Brian Lee Williams, 34, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway and was charged with failure to appear.

• 7:08 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2800 block of Newberg Highway.

• 7:41 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2900 block of Tom Tennant Drive.

• 5:01 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1000 block of Koffler Avenue.

Wednesday, Oct. 3

• 11:16 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a minor in possession of alcohol in the 1700 block of North Front Street.

• 12:11 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft and counterfeiting in the 900 block of Lawson Avenue.

• 2:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of graffiti in the 1200 block of Country Club Road.

• 9:37 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 9:57 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2500 block of Boston Street.

• 9:58 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2300 block of West Hayes Street.

HUBBARD

Thursday, Sept. 20

• 6:58 p.m.: Christian Paul Espinoza, 25, of Hubbard, was arrested at the intersection of Third and J streets and was charged with failure to appear.

Thursday, Sept. 27

• 9:55 p.m.: Kenneth Arthur Schoonover, 27, of Woodburn, was arrested at the intersection of Grim Road and Highway 99E and was charged with driving while suspended, two-counts of identity theft and probation violation.

Friday, Sept. 28

• 10:12 p.m.: Julia Rose Sanftleben, 19, of Woodburn, was arrested in the 3600 block of Pacific Highway and was charged with failure to appear.

saturday, Sept. 29

• 1:42 a.m.: Aldo Ruiz-Gomez, 31, of Salem, was arrested at the intersection of Third and D streets and was charged with driving while suspended.

Monday, Oct. 1

• 8:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a narcotic investigation at the intersection of Kari Lane and Allan Avenue.

MOUNT ANGEL

Wednesday, Oct. 3

• 12:02 a.m.: Efimia Mametieff, 26, of Woodburn, was arrested at the intersection of Mount Angel Gervais Road and Gertner Lane and charged with driving while suspended and a Marion County warrant.

• 11:36 a.m.: Morgan Haase, 25, of Mount Angel, was arrested in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue and was charged with parole violation.

Friday, Oct. 5

• 6:19 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 100 block of South Sheridan Street.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

• 4:27 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism to a local business in the 100 block of East Charles Street. Open investigation.

• 5:01 p.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity regarding an individual shining a flashlight into the complainant's residence in the 600 block of South Pershing Street. Unable to locate the subject due to delay in reporting.

• 8:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of verbal harassment. The complainant stated someone threatened to kill them, in the 100 block of North Garfield Street. Upon further investigation, it appears the complainant misheard and no crime occurred.
