MONDAY, OCT. 15

• 6:48 a.m.: Officers responded to a call at 1550 N. Pacific Highway of forgery and counterfeit.

• 9:59 a.m.: A report of theft was responded to by police at 2263 Country Club Road.

• 6:54 p.m.: A report of a stolen vehicle at 1376 Sallal Road prompted an investigation by police.

TuesDAY, OCT. 16

• 6:46 a.m.: The report of a theft at 1148 Kennedy St. led to a response by police.

• 12:51 a.m.: Police conducted a narcotics investigation at 1965 Sallal Road.

• 7:37 p.m.: Police responded to theft report at 355 E. Clackamas Road.

WednesDAY, OCT. 17

• 7:37, 6:51 and 11:12 p.m.: Police responded to theft reports at 2800 Citadel Drive and 3002 Stacy Allison Way, respectively.

• 2:55 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 1680 Rainier Road.

• 4:43 p.m.: A theft was reported at 607 N. Front St.

• 5:01 p.m.: A report of vandalism and graffiti was responded to by police at 302 W. Hayes St.

• 7:39 and 7:43 p.m.: Thefts were reported at 3002 Stacy Allison Way and 993 Lawson Ave., respectively.

• 9:05 p.m.: Vandalism and criminal mischief reports prompted police investigations at 1601 N. Front St.

ThursDAY, OCT. 18

• 8:56 a.m.: Vandalism and criminal mischief was reported at 1233 W. Lincoln St.

• 7:22 p.m.: A theft was reported 498 Turnberry Ave.

• 7:33 p.m.: A report of menacing elicited a response from an officer at 1030 N. Fifth St.

FriDAY, OCT. 19

• 5:21 a.m. and 1:02 p.m.: Theft reports were reported at 3002 Stacy Allison Way.

• 4:40 p.m.: Reports of fraud, forgery and counterfeiting were investigated at 1195 N. Pacific Highway.

• 6:54 and 8:11 p.m.: Thefts were reported at 1001 Arney Road and 993 Lawson Ave., respectively.

SaturDAY, OCT. 20

• 10:18 and 10:50 a.m. and 3:58 p.m.: Police responded to theft reports at 3002 Stacy Allison Way, 1215 N. Pacific Highway and 1600 Mount Hood Ave.

• 7:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of reckless driving that emanated from South Boones Ferry and Parr roads.

SuNDAY, OCT. 21

• 2:52 a.m.: A report of a burglary was investigated at 800 Oak St.

• 2:21 p.m.: Officers responded to 1001 Arney Road on reports of theft.

ThursDAY, OCT. 11

• 2 p.m.: Police arrested Thomas Harold Soleim, 21, of 3720 Second St., on a warrant.

• 2:55 p.m.: Police arrested Brian Alexander Bailey, 25, of Aurora, on charges of distribution and manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia and sale or possession of fireworks.

MOUNT ANGEL

WednesDAY, OCT. 17

• 2:09 p.m.: A complaint received by police regarding deceased animals on residential property prompted a response by officers in the 800 block of North Main Street. Officer failed to locate any deceased animals.

• 3 p.m.: A report of a disturbance was filed with police in the 700 block of North Spruce Street. The officer responded and observed a disagreement regarding juvenile custody. The parties were advised of their custodial rights and separated.

ThursDAY, OCT. 18

• 4:07 a.m.: Police received a complaint regarding a mink in a storm drain in the 700 block of Saint Mary's Drive. Officers responded to the area, along with a farmer equipped with a non-lethal trap.

• 6:26 p.m.: Police investigated a report of verbal harassment in the 800 block of North Pershing Street. The case remains open.

• 10:32 p.m.: A suspicious person was reported in the 500 block of May Street, prompting officers to investigate and locate a vehicle at the park after hours. The occupant was advised the park was closed. No criminal activity was observed.

SaturDAY, OCT. 20

• 9:58 a.m.: Police received a complaint about a dog found running at large. The owner was located and the dog returned.

• 4:59 p.m.: Police received a report of a vehicle being driven recklessly in the 200 block of South Garfield Street, but an officer dispatched to the scene could not located the vehicle.

SuNDAY, OCT. 21

• 2:01 p.m.: Officers conducted a traffic stop at Mount Angel Highway and Hook Road. A citation was issued for driving while suspended, speeding and driving uninsured.

MoNDAY, OCT. 22

• 5:58 p.m.: A traffic stop was made in the 200 block of South Main Street and a citation was issued for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and use of prohibited lighting.

• 6:33 p.m.: Police received a complaint of a barking dog at Fir and May streets. An officer responded but could not make contact with the owners.

TuesDAY, OCT. 23

• 1:20 a.m.: Police received a report of an insecure premise in the 800 block of North Spruce Street. The officer who responded located an open garage door and contacted the owner, who secured the door.

• 6:59 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity in the 100 block of North Main Street was received and the caller reported that an unknown individual was leaving a closed business. The reporting officer found no one suspicious.
