• 3:47 p.m.: Police arrested Kyle D. Belser, 29, of Hubbard, in the 3000 block of Seventh Street, on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

THURSDAY, OCT. 25

• 7:33 p.m.: Police arrested Nicholas Carl Hoffman, 38, of Woodburn, in the 3500 block of Elm Street on charges of fourth-degree felony aggravated assault and strangulation.

SATURDAY, OCT. 27

• 9:01 p.m.: Police arrested Ricardo Lucas, 24, of Gervais, at Broadacres and Boones Ferry roads on a DUII charge.

• 11:26 p.m.: Police arrested Gerardo Penaloza-Salazar, 36, of Gervais, at Dunn Court and Hardcastle on a DUII charge.

WOODBURN

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 24

• 5:48 p.m.: Police served a search warrant at 1276 Sallal Road and arrested Christine Marie Driscoll, 37, of Woodburn.

• 10:33 p.m.: Police arrested Vicente Hernandez-Hernandez, 28, of Woodburn, at North Front and West Lincoln streets on charges of DUII, hit and run and reckless driving.

THURSDAY, OCT. 25

• 11:04 p.m.: Police arrested Miguel Calderon-Andrade, 29, of Woodburn, in the 2800 block of Stanford Street on a fourth-degree assault charge.

FRIDAY, OCT. 26

• Police arrested Christopher Shaun Hamblen, 37, of Oregon City, at Walmart on charges of second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.

• 7:31 p.m.: Police arrested Christopher Matthew Levi Benzel, 24, at 893 N. Pacific Highway, for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree theft and failure to appear on a bench warrant.

SATURDAY, OCT. 27

• 2:14 a.m.: Anthony Neil Elwell, 21, of Woodburn, was arrested at 262 N. Pacific Highway, on charges of second-degree criminal mischief (vandalism), second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree disorderly conduct and failure to appear on a bench warrant.

• 1:40 p.m.: A Woodburn man, Martin Garcia-Flores, 52, was arrested on Front Street for third-degree shoplifting and failure to appear on a bench warrant.

• 9:38 p.m.: Lorenzo Crespo-Ramos, 45, was arrested on North Boones Ferry Road on a DUII charge.

SUNDAY, OCT. 28

• 5:24 p.m.: Police arrested Brandy Jean Bagley, 36, of Salem, in the 1100 block of Oak Street for failure to appear.

MONDAY, OCT. 29

• 12:10 a.m.: Police arrested Julian Lopez-Entzin, 36, of rural Marion County, at North Pacific Highway and Mount Hood Avenue on a DUII charge.

• 9:33 a.m.: Rogelio Guerrero-Villarreal, 52, of Woodburn, was arrested on East Lincoln Street on a warrant, possession of a controlled substance and failure to appeart.

• 12:53 p.m.: Inez Lara-Dominguez, 43, of Woodburn, was arrested at East Cleveland and Gatch streets on charges of resisting arrest and failure to appear.

• 6:38 a.m., 12:58 a.m., 2:25 p.m., 5:36 p.m. and 6:26 p.m.: Theft reports were received at 3002 Allison Way, 155 S. Evergreen Road, 621 N. Pacific Highway, 790 Garfield St. and 2503 Roanoke St.

• 9:11 and 11:40 a.m.: Police investigated reports of trespass at 120 E. Lincoln St.

• 9:53 a.m.: Report of forgery/counterfeiting was received at 1001 Arney Road.

TUESDAY, OCT. 30

• 7:58 p.m.: Police arrested Kenneth Arthur Schoonover, 27, of Woodburn in the 800 block of Columbia Drive on a charge of third-degree theft.

• 9:34 a.m.: Police received a report of vandalism and criminal mischief at 1785 N. Front St.

• 10:21 a.m. and 1:13 p.m.: Theft reports were received at 1575 Mount Hood Ave. and 857 Columbia Drive.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 31

• 11:39 a.m.: A report of vandalism and criminal mischief at 1219 W. Lincoln St. required police to respond.

• 11:45 a.m. and 1:31 p.m.: Police responded to theft reports at 3002 Stacy Allison Way and 520 A St.

• 2:51 p.m.: Police conducted a narcotics investigation at 1316 Meridian Drive.
