Aurora man pleads guilty to second-degree sexual abuse after rape charges were dismissed

Gregory Levi Wing, 20, has been sentenced to 90 days in jail followed by 10 years of probation. He must register as a sex offender.

The judgment was handed down by Judge Courtland Geyer Dec. 11, just three days before Wing's scheduled jury trial.

Two charges of first-degree sodomy and one charge of first-degree rape were dismissed. Another charge of first-degree rape was dismissed in November.

Wing was arrested Aug. 15, 2017 for crimes allegedly committed on Aug. 10 and Aug. 12, 2017.

According to court records at the time of his arrest, Wing's two alleged victims were "incapable of consent by reason of mental incapacitation or physical helplessness."
