• 2:03 p.m.: In the 3000 block of Stacy Allison Way, Ines Lara-Dominguez, 43, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrest and third-degree theft. An additional charge of second-degree criminal trespass was added at 9:42 p.m.

• 12:33 a.m.: In the 800 block of Highway 99E, Estevan Rosales Fernandez, 22, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with DUII.

Wednesday, Dec. 5

• 3:54 p.m.: At the intersection of Young, Gatch and D streets, Angela Danielle Kisilev, 24, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with driving while suspended.

Friday, Dec. 7

• 5:20 a.m.: In the 400 block of Montgomery Street, Rodolfo Cortez Silva, Jr. , 27, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree assault, first-degree burglary, menacing, felon in possession of a weapon, unlawful use of a weapon, and attempted murder (some of which are related to alleged crimes in the 1300 block of West Hayes Street).

• 6:10 a.m.: In the 700 block of Harrison Street, Esequiel Medina Soto, 31, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

• 12:22 p.m.: In the 900 block of Highway 99E, Courtney Drew Cockman, 22, of Salem, was arrested and charged with physical harassment.

• 6:35 p.m.: In the 3000 block of Stacy Allison Way, Charles King Jr., 59, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with second-degree theft.

• 1:50 a.m.: At the intersection of North Front and Young streets, Abel Valasco-Dejesus, 32, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with DUII, failure to appear and giving false information to a police officer.

• 8 a.m.: In the 1000 block of Highway 99E, Rigojay Zamora-Salinas, 28, of Salem, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• 1:22 p.m.: A robbery was reported in the 200 block of Arney Road.

• 4:38 p.m.: In the 3000 block of Stacy Allison Way, Mario Hernandez Gonzalez, 27, of Keizer, and Nicholas David Geck, 23, of Salem, were arrested and charged with second-degree theft. Geck was also charged with driving while suspended.

• 1:49 a.m.: At the intersection of Johnson and Bryan streets, Rey David Chavez, 40, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with failure to appear, interfering with a police officer, possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest and violation of parole.

• 10:49 a.m.: In the 900 block of Highway 99E, Claudio Guzman-Garzon, 32, of Woodburn, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal possession of a forging instrument and first-degree forgery.

• 4:05 p.m. In the 200 block of North Third Street, Maria Basargin, 29, of Marion County, was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary and physical harassment.

• 5:27 a.m.: Deputies responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 800 block of North Main Street. An investigation is continuing.

• 2:10 p.m.: Police received information regarding a burglary at a business in the 800 block of South Main Street. An investigation is continuing.

• 10:09 p.m.: Police received a complaint of barking dogs in the 700 block of Saint Mary's Court. An officer responded and advised the owner to take the dogs indoors.

Thursday, Dec. 6

• 3:29 p.m.: Police received a report of a possible burglary in the 700 block of South Main Street. Officers responded and determined that an individual, who had their own belongings, was refusing to leave the property. The individual was trespassed and departed.

• 9:04 p.m.: A traffic was initiated at East College and North Garfield streets. The driver, Kenneth Berkey Jr., 51, of Hubbard, was cited for DUII and driving while suspended.

Friday, Dec. 7

• 9:32 p.m.: A report of theft of pop cans in the 700 block of North Pershing Street resulted in an investigation being opened.

• 11:25 p.m.: Police received a report of a missing child in the 100 block of Alder Street. The child returned on his or her own.

Sunday, Dec. 9

• 3:33 p.m.: A report of suspicious activity prompted officers to respond to the 500 block of Railroad Avenue. The report regarded possible vandalism to a residence. Officers did not find anything suspicious.

Monday, Dec. 10

• 10:24 a.m.: Police received a report of suspicious activity in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue, where they located a vehicle with the plate that did not match the vehicle. A citation was issued for illegal parking as well.

• 8:27 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of a sexual offense in the 900 block of North Spruce Street and opened an investigation.

Tuesday, Dec. 11

• 3:57 p.m. Police received a report of an intoxicated individual at Taylor and Cherry streets. They were unable to locate the subject.

Wednesday, Dec. 12

• 3:43 a.m.: Officers responded to the 200 block of Industrial Way on a complaint regarding noise and lights emanating from commercial vehicles. Police contacted the business' owners.

Thursday, Dec. 13

• 3:06 p.m.: Police responded to a non-injury MVA at Mount Angel Highway and Hook Road and provided assistance.

• 3:47 p.m.: An officer responded to a report of verbal harassment in the 200 block of Industrial Way. A local business received a threatening email and it was determined to be a scam.

• 7:54 p.m.: Police opened an investigation into an unarmed robbery reported in the 600 block of North Main Street.

• 10:28 p.m.: Police assisted with traffic at Wilco Highway and Downs Road.

Friday, Dec. 14

• 8:19 a.m.: Police received a report of a reckless driver at Wilco Highway and Dominic Road. The officer located the vehicle, but did not observe any erratic or dangerous driving.

• 10 a.m.: An animal complaint prompted an officer to respond to the 100 block of South Main Street. The complainant said there was a dog running at large. The officer located the animal's owner and the dog was returned.

• 10:59 a.m.: An animal complaint prompted an officer to respond to the 100 block of West Charles Street. The complainant said two dogs were running at large; officers located the dogs and returned them to their yard.

• 7:08 p.m.: Officers investigated a report of a reckless driver in the 300 block of North Main Street, but were unable to locate the vehicle.

Saturday, Dec. 15

• 9:14 p.m.: A report of assault in the 300 block of Railroad Avenue prompted police to respond and open an investigation.

• 10:21 p.m.: Officers responded to a noise complaint in the 400 block of Marquam Street. The complainant complained of noisy neighbors.

Sunday, Dec. 16

• 1:54 p.m.: A report of a dog running at large prompted police to respond to West Marquam and North Spruce streets. The owner was contacted and advised he would pick up the animal.

• 8:05 p.m.: Police were unable to locate an individual reported missing in the 700 block of Thyme Loop.

Monday, Dec. 17

• 4:04 p.m.: Police received a report of an aggressive dog at large in the 200 block of Otto Street. Officers responded and discovered the dog had returned to its yard.

• 5:56 p.m.: Police received a report of a reckless driver at Wilco Highway and Monitor McKee Road, but were unabler to locate the vehicle.

• 9:04 p.m.: A traffic stop was initiated at Wilco Highway and Elliott Prairie Road, but the driver accelerated away from the officer, who discontinued the pursuit due to weather and the number of vehicles on the road. Surrounding agencies were notified.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

• 4:23 p.m.: A request for public assistance was received on North Garfield Street. It was followed two hours later by a complaint from a resident that had turned in two dogs found running at large. The dogs' owner was notified and retrieved the animals.
