1:23 a.m.: Police arrested Pedro Valdez-Moreno, 28, of Woodburn, at 303 N. Pacific Highway for probation violation, second-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and violating a restraining order.
2:29 p.m.: Police arrested Walter Lee Davis, 70, of Woodburn, at 548 Barley St. for felon in possession of a weapon.
7:41 p.m.: Police arrested Colin Timothy Sawyer, 26, of Silverton, at 3002 Stacy Allison Way for second-degree theft.
10:28 p.m.: Police arrested Alejandro Torres-Yesca, 19, of Woodburn, at 1274 N. Fifth St. for fourth-degree assault and strangulation.
12:32 a.m.: Police arrested David Garcia-Hernandez, 24, of Woodburn, at 1112 N. Third St., for failure to appear on a bench warrant.
4:10 a.m.: Police arrested Carlos Alberto Cardona-Gregorio, 31, of Woodburn, at Ogle and Cleveland streets for DUII, failure to appear on a bench warrant, and hit and run.
9:47 p.m.: Police arrested Brian Alexander Bailey, 25, of Marion County, at 1425 Mount Hood Ave., for second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance, possession of burglar tool, second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
