Weekly police reports for Woodburn, Mount Angel and Hubbard police departments

The newspaper does not normally publish the names of individuals younger than 18. Arrested suspects are innocent until proven guilty. Police logs are public record. DUII stands for "driving under the influence of intoxicants."

WOODBURN

SUNDAY, MAY 26

4:30 p.m.: Police responded to 3002 Stacy Allison Way and arrested Marissa Aguilera, 23, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

5:30 p.m.: Police responded to 3002 Stacy Allison Way and arrested Mauricio Garcia-Montes Jr. for resisting arrested and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

9:11 p.m.: Police responded to North Front and West Lincoln streets and arrested Rogelio Guerrero-Villarreal, 53, of Woodburn, for second-degree disorderly conduct, failure to appear on a bench warrant, menacing and unlawful use of a weapon.

MONDAY, MAY 27

9:26 a.m.: Police responded to 990 N. Pacific Highway and arrested Duane Everett McColley, 57, of Woodburn, for second-degree criminal trespass.

12:02 p.m.: Police responded to 990 N. Pacific Highway and arrested Maria Ivonne Garcia-Sanchez, 28, of Woodburn, for felony stalking.

7:32 p.m.: Police responded to 315 Smith Drive and arrested Reynaldo Silva, 61, of Woodburn, for third-degree assault.

TUESDAY, MAY 30

4:53 a.m.: Police responded to 371 Oswald Street and arrested Albino Gomez-Ordonez, 26, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on felony fourth-degree assault.

10:30 a.m.: Police responded to 649 N. Settlemier Ave. to arrested Erik Sosan Lara, 19, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant, interfering with a police officer and possession of a controlled substance.

MOUNT ANGEL

WEDNESDAY, MAY 29

7:25 a.m.: Police received a report of suspicious activity in the 800 block of East Marquam Street. Officers responded to the scene, with the complainant saying they'd received a threatening message. The officers determined there was no longer a threat.

4:07 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of a young child wandering in the 200 block of Railroad Avenue. Police located the child, as well as the babysitter, and learned that there had been a miscommunication between the babysitter and the child's parents.

THURSDAY, MAY 30

9:14 a.m.: Police received a report of verbal harassment in the 200 block of East Marquam Street. Officers said an unknown individual was reported to have hit a jogger and opened an investigation.

11:44 a.m.: Police conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of East Marquam Street.

6:14 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported in the 800 block of North Pershing Street. Officers responded and determined it was verbal in nature and the parties were separated.

7:59 p.m.: A theft of soda cans was reported in the 100 block of East Church Street.

FRIDAY, MAY 31

12:28 a.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at North Main and Monroe streets and cited and release Shannon Gregory, 38, of Silverton, for DUII.

9:11 a.m.: A burglar alarm was sounded in the 400 block of North Main Street, but proved to be false and a cancellation was authorized.

9:14 a.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 700 block of McClaine Street.

10:42 a.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 1000 block of Academy Street.

1:20 p.m.: Police conducted an area check in the 500 block of South Main Street.

9:52 p.m.: Police assisted fire crews in the 200 block of West Charles Street.

SATURDAY, JUNE 1

12:03 a.m.: An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 400 block of Marion Court. An ordinance violation, the vehicle was tagged to be towed as abandoned.

12:25 a.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 900 block of North First Street.

12:52 a.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 1000 block of Mill Street.

1:36 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a threatened suicide attempt in the 400 block of North Sheridan Street.

5:02 p.m.: Police assisted fire crews in the 800 block of North Main Street.

6:13 p.m.: Officers responded to the 500 block of East College Street on a report of a wild snake at a local business. The snake was transported to a local animal refuge.

6:18 p.m.: Police assisted fire crews in the 300 block of Lincoln Street.

7:01 p.m.: Officers responded to the 200 block of Leo Street on a report of barking dogs. The police were unable to locate the owners of the canines.

11:22 p.m.: Police received a report of loud music being played at 600 block of Saint Mary's Avenue. An officer responded and contacted the responsible party, who turned off the music.

SUNDAY, JUNE 2

5:35 a.m.: Police received a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block of Industrial Avenue, particularly an individual sleeping in a car that was reportedly blocking the roadway. Officers determined the vehicle was not blocking the roadway and the individual stated he had stopped to take a nap and would soon leave.

7:36 a.m.: Police responded to a civil situation in the 300 block of Cindy Lane.

3:50 p.m.: Officers responded to the 800 block of North Pershing Street and opened an investigation into a reported assault.

8:15 p.m.: Police investigated an alleged parking violating in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue and issued a warning.

MONDAY, JUNE 3

7:18 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Mount Angel Highway and Pine Street and issued a warning.

9:22 p.m.: Police were called on to assist the public at Clement and John streets.

11:38 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Wilco Highway and Bonne Road and issued a warning.

TUESDAY, MAY 21

10:48 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Fourth and C streets.

SUNDAY, MAY 27

6:51 a.m.: Police responded to 190 Oak St. on a report of vandalism and criminal mischief.

MONDAY, MAY 28

5:58 a.m.: A theft was reported at 780 Evergreen Road.

8 a.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at 1540 Mount Hood Ave.

3:28 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 174 Palm Ave.

8:58 p.m.: A theft was reported at 1550 N. Pacific Highway.

TUESDAY, MAY 29

12:32 a.m.: Police responded to 1379 Princeton Road on a reported burglary.

6:51 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at West Hayes and North Fifth streets.

7:18 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to 1398 E. Cleveland St. on a report of vandalism and criminal mischief.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 30

12 a.m.: Police traveled to 1001 Arney Road on a report of a theft.

6:01 p.m.: A theft was reported at 3002 Stacy Allison Way.

10:55 p.m.: Police responded to a reported robbery at 1100 N. Front St.

THURSDAY, MAY 31

12:59 a.m.: A reported assault occurred at 1345 N. Front St.

5:44 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to 1370 W. Lincoln St. on a report of vandalism and criminal mischief.

1:09 p.m.: An individual was trespassed from 1054 Dunn Court.

2:34 p.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen from West Lincoln Street and Maplewood Court.

9:21 p.m.: A theft was reported at 1274 N. Fifth Street.

FRIDAY, JUNE 1

11:14 a.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen at 1182 N. Second St.

2:14 p.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen at 1475 Mount Hood Ave.

5:42 p.m.: A theft was reported at 1001 Arney Road.

SATURDAY, JUNE 2

1:14 p.m.: Police responded to 311 S. Evergreen Road on a reported assault.

2:10 p.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen from 419 Hardcastle Ave.
