SATURAY, JUNE 8

12:09 a.m.: Police responded to 416 Young St. and arrested Higinio Matias-Cortes, 22, of Woodburn, for DUII, hit and run and reckless driving.

MONDAY, JUNE 10

2:02 a.m.: Police responded to 529 N. Settlemier Ave. and arrested Nehemias Santiago Escalante, 32, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

2:02 a.m.: Police responded to 529 N. Settlemier Ave. and arrested Linda Raquel Pantaleon-Hoch, 24, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

11:55 a.m.: Police responded to 3970 Pacific Circle on a report of forgery and counterfeiting.

3 p.m.: Police responded to 1680 King Way and arrested Dennis Edward Ladu, 61, of Marion County, for fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft and aggravated theft of a credit card.

7:55 p.m.: Police responded to 1176 Marylynn Way and arrested Erik Sosa Lara, 19, of Woodburn, for attempting to elude police and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

8:45 p.m. Police responded to 2523 N. Boone Ferry Road and arrested Samuel Gustav Cain, 62, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

TUESDAY, JUNE 11

7 a.m.: Police responded to 365 W. Hayes St. and arrested Forrest Anthony Rankins, 60, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12

12:01 a.m.: Police responded to 3111 Reed Ave. and arrested Aquiles F. Martinez, 19, of Keizer, for physical harassment.

8:01 a.m.: Police responded to Newberg Highway and Broughton Way and arrested Christina Marie Arismendez, 34, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

10:18 a.m.: Police responded to 893 N. Pacific Highway and arrested Jennifer Rae Segura, 35, of Marion County, for first-degree theft.

6 p.m.: Police responded to 1176 Marylynn Way and arrested Erick Sosa Lara, 19, of Woodburn, for first-degree burglary and theft.

8:51 p.m.: Police responded to 685 W. Hayes St. and arrested Vitaly Victor Kravets, 37, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

11:32 p.m.: Police responded to 1025 N. Pacific Highway and arrested Falicia Lee Anne Routh, 31, of Woodburn, for second-degree disorderly conduct.

THURSDAY, JUNE 13

6:03 p.m.: Police responded to 893 N. Pacific Highway and arrested Pablo Ochoa Jr., 20, of Hubbard, for DUII.

6:06 p.m.: Police responded to 966 N. Pacific Highway and arrested Marissa Cade, 37, for failure to appear on a bench warrant and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

11:27 p.m.: Police responded to 1100 N. Front St. and arrested Jorge Alberto Arteaga Jr., 21, of Woodburn, for physical harassment, first-degree robbery, second-degree theft and unlawful use of a weapon.

FRIDAY, JUNE 14

9:49 p.m.: Police responded to 529 N. Settlemier Ave. and arrested Susana Azpeitia-Mejia, 27, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

SATURDAY, JUNE 15

2:28 a.m.: Police responded to North Settlemier Avenue and Garfield Street and arrested Jason Eric Kupis, 41, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

3:28 a.m.: Police responded to Young Street and Highway 99E and arrested Jose Ismael Gutierrez-Badillo, 37, of Woodburn, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

8:16 p.m.: Police responded to West Hayes Street and North Settlemier Avenue and arrested Linda Raquel Pantaleon-Hoch, 24, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

SUNDAY, JUNE 16

4 p.m.: Police responded to East Lincoln Street and Park Avenue and arrested Jorge Miguel Maldonado, 29, of Woodburn, for carrying a concealed weapon, possession of meth, resisting arrest, parole violation and interfering with a police officer.

8:05 p.m.: Police responded to 3166 Fourth St. to conduct a narcotics investigation.

MONDAY, JUNE 17

12:32 a.m.: Police were dispatched to Newberg Highway and North Cascade Drive and arrested Jose Aniceto Leon-Cornejo, 23, of Woodburn, for DUII.

6:07 a.m.: Police traveled to 1490 George St. and arrested Earl William Rookhuizen, 70, of Woodburn, for fourth-degree assault, strangulation and physical harassment.

Noon: Officers were dispatched to 1014 Newberg Highway and arrested Mauricio Garcia-Montes, 23, of Woodburn, for second-degree criminal trespass and possession of meth.

5:09 p.m.: Police responded to 625 W. Hayes St. and arrested Lucas Perez-Gomez, 40, for unlawful use of a weapon and menacing.

5:11 p.m.: Police traveled to 100 E. Lincoln St. and arrested Rene Ortega-Correa, 27, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant, giving false information to a police officer and interfering with a police officer.

TUESDAY, JUNE 18

8:45 a.m.: Fabian Rodriguez, 27, of Woodburn, was arrested at 1365 Park Ave. for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

10:44 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to 1200 W. Lincoln St. and arrested Esequiel Medina Soto, 32, of Woodburn, for parole violation.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19

12:41 a.m.: Police responded to Oxford and Clemson streets and arrested Gabriela Fernandez-Bautista, 20, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

5:15 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to 1001 Arney Road and arrested Jaykuan Aaron Medina, 26, of Tigard, for hit and run.

8:46 p.m.: Russell Antonio Pena Alonzo, 31, of Woodburn, was arrested for DUII after officers responded to 460 Willow Ave.

THURSDAY, JUNE 20

12:49 p.m.: Police were dispatched to 723 N. Second St. and arrested Efren Arellano-Contreras, 19, of Woodburn, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

FRIDAY, JUNE 21

12:02 a.m.: Police were dispatched to 468 Marshall St. and arrested Jaime Joel Estrada Jr., 22, of Woodburn, for fourth-degree assault.

11:06 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to 3362 D St. on a theft report.

SATURDAY, JUNE 22

9:43 p.m.: Police responded to 2140 Highway 99E on a traffic stop.

MOUNT ANGEL

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19

8:15 a.m.: Police officials received a damaged cell phone turned in by a citizen at Leo and Academy streets. The owner was located and the phone returned.

11:24 a.m.: Police were called on to assist fire crews in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue.

11:38 a.m.: Officers did a welfare check in the 500 block of West Marquam Street.

2:25 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at West Marquam Street and Railroad Avenue and issued a citation for driving while suspended.

6:24 and 6:52 p.m.: Police were called on to assist the public in the 400 block of West Marquam Street.

7:11 p.m.: Officers conducted an area check in the 500 block of North Sheridan Street.

8:04 p.m.: Officers initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of South Main Street and issued a citation for speeding.

8:34 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue and issued a citation for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

9:59 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 800 block of South Main Street and issued a warning.

10:34 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a hit and run to a parked vehicle at West Marquam and Lincoln streets and opened an investigation.

THURSDAY, JUNE 20

8:29 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of North Garfield Street on a report ordinance violation, specifically a complaint about tall grass. It was determined that the owner of the property was responsible for cutting the grass.

10:47 a.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Wilco Highway and Monitor/McKee Road and issued a citation for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.

12:33 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 800 block of East Marquam Street and issued a citation for driving while suspended.

1:23 p.m.: A reported parking violation in the 200 block of South Oak Street elicited a warning from police.

1:27 p.m.: Officers were called on to assist with traffic at East Charles and Cleveland streets.

2:27 p.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 900 block of North First Street.

4:05 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported in the 500 block of West Church Street, prompting officers to respond. It was discovered that an individual allegedly vandalized a citizen's vehicle and the officer met with the complainant.

4:33 p.m.: A burglary was reported in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue, specifically a residence that had been broken into. The responding officer opened an investigation.

5:10 p.m.: Officers were called on to attempt to locate a driver in the area of McClaine and Westfield streets and were successful, warning the driver of a possible infraction.

7:33 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Wilco Highway and Hook Road and issued a warning.

FRIDAY, JUNE 21

10:49 a.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of Elm Street and issued warning.

1:34 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of South Main Street in an attempt to locate a subject, but were unable.

6:10 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 800 block of South Main Street and issued a citation for speeding.

7:11 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 400 block of South Main Street and issued a citation for obstructed license plate.

11:59 p.m.: Officers conducted a foot patrol in the 800 block of North Pershing Street.

SATURDAY, JUNE 22

12:48 a.m.: An extra patrol was dispatched to the 200 block of Industrial Way.

1:21 a.m.: The report of a reckless driver prompted police to respond to the 1000 block of North Pacific Highway, but officers were unable to find the subject.

1:33 a.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Wilco Highway and Downs Road and issued a warning.

10:12 a.m.: Police were called on to assist the public in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue.

11:03 a.m.: Police were dispatched to aid fire crews in the 900 block of South Main Street.

12:07 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 700 block of North Main Street and issued a warning.

12:26 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Wilco Highway and West Marquam Street and issued a warning.

1:33 p.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 500 block of North Second Street.

5:21 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at North Main and Franklin streets and issued a warning.

5:25 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at South Main and May streets and issued citations for no operator's license and failure to carry proof of insurance.

5:42 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of Taylor Street and issued a citation for failure to renew a registration.

6 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of South Main Street and issued a warning.

6:25 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Mount Angel Highway and Hook Road and issued a warning.

6:34 p.m.: Police were called on to assist the public in the 200 block of West College Street.

6:45 p.m.: Police were called on to assist the public on North Garfield Street.

7:38 p.m.: Police received a complaint of a dog running at large in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue. The owner was located and warned about letting the animal run loose.

9:07 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Mount Angel Highway and Downs Road and issued a warning.

9:22 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Main Street and issued a citation for no operator's license and failure to carry proof of insurance.

11:34 p.m.: Officers responded to South Garfield Street and Wilco Highway to attempt to locate an individual, but were unable.

SUNDAY, JUNE 23

1:17 a.m.: Officers did a welfare check in the 100 block of South Sheridan Street.

11:54 a.m.: Police were called on to assist fire crews at Cascade Highway and Pettit Lane.

1:32 p.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 600 block of McClaine Street.

2:42 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Wilco Highway and Dominic Road and issued a warning.

4:47 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Wilco Highway and Academy Street and issued a warning.

5:52 p.m.: Police responded to a report civil situation in the 3200 block of Otto Street.

5:57 p.m.: Police were called on to assist medical personnel in the 500 block of South Main Street.

6:55 p.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 300 block of Railroad Avenue.

11:11 p.m.: Police conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of North Garfield Street.

MONDAY, JUNE 24

6:02 a.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 600 block of McClaine Street.

10:59 a.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 600 block of South Main Street and issued a warning.

2:57 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at North Main and Taylor streets and issued a citation for cell phone use while driving.

3:09 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 200 block of South Garfield Street and arrested Guillermo Lopez Ausencio, 29, of Woodburn, for driving while suspended. He was transported to the Marion County jail in Salem.

5:10 p.m.: Police were called on to assist the public in the 800 block of North Main Street.

6:16 p.m.: Police responded to a reported civil situation in the 400 block of Alder Street.

7:09 p.m.: A reported parking violation in the 900 block of North Pershing Street prompted an officer to respond an issue a warning.

7:31 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop in the 300 block of North Main Street and issued a warning.

9:23 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at North Main Street and Industrial Way and issue a warning.

9:52 p.m.: Officers conducted a bar/tavern check in the 100 block of North Main Street.

TUESDAY, JUNE 25

12:36 a.m.: Police received a noise complaint in the 100 block of South Sheridan Street, specifically complaints of loud music. Officers were delayed in responding and when they did there was no loud music observed.

12:38 a.m.: A report of a car prowler in the 1000 block of East College Street prompted officers to respond and an officer spoke with the individual and the person responsible for the vehicle. It was determined that nothing had been taken from the vehicle, which was then secured.

1:11 p.m.: Police assistance was requested in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue.

5:27 p.m.: Police were called on to assist the public in the 100 block of North Sheridan Street.

8:57 p.m.: Officers conducted a bar/tavern check in the 300 block of North Main Street.

9:19 p.m.: Officers conducted a bar/tavern check in the 100 block of North Main Street.

10:09 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Wilco Highway and Academy Street and issued a warning.

10:21 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at North Main Street and Industrial Way and issued a warning.

HUBBARD

SUNDAY, JUNE 1

8:45 a.m.: Officers responded to 11851 Chateau Drive and arrested Juan Roque-Hernandez, 26, of Woodburn, on an arrest warrant for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5

9:32 p.m.: Police responded to 893 N. Pacific Highway and arrested Santos Jesus Diaz Santos, 28, of Hubbard, on a warrant.

SATURDAY, JUNE 8

7:22 p.m.: Police traveled to 2481 E St. and arrested Jeremy Daniel Vernholm, 29, of Gresham, for DUII and unlawful possession of a firearm.

MONDAY, JUNE 10

11:30 p.m.: Officers responded to Third and J streets and arrested Roberto Cortes-Alvarado, 39, of Woodburn for driving while suspended.

FRIDAY, JUNE 14

9:01 p.m.: Police responded to 3624 Highway 99E and arrested Lionso Cruz-Franco, 35, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

SUNDAY, JUNE 16

12:31 a.m.: Police responded to 2860 J St. and arrested Alex Vincent Baer, 27, of Hubbard, for second-degree escape, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest.

8:27 p.m.: Police traveled to Fourth and H streets and arrested Ignacio Oseguera-Hernandez, 53, of Woodburn, for possession of meth.
