Mount Angel Street Fair
Community members are invited to downtown Mount Angel on Aug. 16 to take part in a street fair sponsored by DirectLink.
The local Mount Angel and Canby telecommunications providers is hosting its 2019 Member Appreciation Day at its office at the cross section of Garfield and College streets in Mount Angel. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring an opportunity for children to meet Dora the Explorer and take part in a variety of activities, free lunch, local nonprofits and more:

FREE Mt. Angel Police Department bike rodeo: bring your bike for a FREE helmet
FREE street fair featuring a variety of local nonprofits, including: Mt. Angel Historical Society, Mt. Angel Senior Center, Providence Benedictine Nursing Center, Silverton Senior Center, Benedictine Sisters of Mt. Angel, Mt. Angel Public Library, and North Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity, as well as the Marion County Sheriff's Office and Touch-A-Truck with Republic Services
