Police reports for the Hubbard and Woodburn police departments for the last week of August and first week of September

EDITOR'S NOTE: The Woodburn Independent publishes the names of people arrested based on information from city police logs. Times listed represent the time the crimes were reported to police. The newspaper does not normally publish the names of individuals younger than 18. Arrested suspects are innocent until proven guilty. Police logs are public record. DUII stands for driving under the influence of intoxicants and PCS stands for possession of a controlled substance.

HUBBARD

TUESDAY, AUG. 20

6:11 p.m.: Police responded to 2714 Beaver Court and arrested Ty Daniel Francis Josh, 22, of Hubbard, for distribution, manufacture and possession of controlled substances.

FRIDAY, AUG. 23

9:18 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to A and First streets and arrested Samuel Joseph McClean, 40, of Hubbard, for DUII.

THURSDAY, AUG. 29

8:05 p.m.: Police were dispatched to 3776 Highway 99E and arrested David Lee Combs, 53, of Salem, on a parole violation.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 3

7:24 p.m.: Police responded to 1539 Mount Hood Ave. and arrested Bill Joe Mullins, 32, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant and a probation violation.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 4

10:25 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at East Street and Highway 99E.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 6

8:23 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at I and Third streets.

9:56 p.m.: Police initiated a traffic stop at Crosby and Arney roads.

SATURDAY, AUG. 24

7:15 p.m.: Police responded to 810 Elana Way and arrested Ricardo Chacon Jr., 35, for fourth-degree assault and physical harassment.

TUESDAY, AUG. 27

10:44 p.m.: Police were dispatched to 311 N. Front St. and arrested Geremias Garcia-Ramirez, 33, of Woodburn, for third-degree theft.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 28

12 a.m.: Officers responded to Molalla Road and Highway 99E and arrested Rolando Ramirez-Garcia, 20, of Woodburn, for DUII and reckless driving.

FRIDAY, AUG. 30

10:37 p.m.: Police were dispatched to North Settlemier Avenue and Garfield Street and arrested Juan Roque-Hernandez, 27, of Woodburn, for PCS and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

SATURDAY, AUG. 31

6:02 p.m.: Police responded to 1821 Jansen Way and arrested Jeffrey Allen Burland, 32, of Woodburn, for first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, failure to appear on a bench warrant and first-degree theft.

6:50 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to the Woodburn Outlet Mall at 1001 Arney Road and arrested David Harris, 42, of Gresham, for first-degree theft.

10:27 p.m.: Officers responded to the Woodburn Outlet Mall and arrested Katrina Luey, 52, of Portland, for PCS and second-degree theft.

10:27 p.m.: Police officers traveled to the Woodburn Outlet Mall and arrested Keira Michelle Packer, 31, of Eagle Creek, for PCS and second-degree theft.

10:30 p.m.: Police responded to the Woodburn Outlet Mall and arrested Joshua Kane Boyd, 34, of Portland, for second-degree theft.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 1

10:30 p.m.: Police were dispatched to 1550 Highway 99E and arrested Jenna Ann Parker, 28, of Eugene, for distribution and possession of controlled substances.

MONDAY, SEPT. 2

5:13 p.m.: A theft was reported at 672 Hermanson St.

6:28 p.m.: A theft was reported at the Woodburn Outlet Mall.

6:42 p.m.: A theft was reported at 1060 Dunn Court.

7:02 p.m.: Officers were dispatched to 993 Lawson Ave. and arrested Maria Guadalupe Duran, 49, of Tualatin, for DUII and reckless driving.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 3

6:27 p.m.: A theft was reported at 1295 George St.

7:54 p.m.: Police responded to 1041 Church St. and arrested Mauricio Garcia-Montes Jr., 23, of Woodburn, on a probation violation and for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

8:29 p.m.: A theft was reported at 525 Highway 99E.

8:29 p.m.: Officers traveled to 200 Oak St. and arrested Salomon Vazquez-Hernandez, 35, of Woodburn, for failure to appear on a bench warrant.

10:34 p.m.: A burglary was reported at 950 Evergreen Road.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 4

8:29 a.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen from a location at 2874 Newberg Highway.

2:01 p.m.: A theft was reported at 383 Highway 99E.

7:49 p.m.: A report of vandalism and graffiti prompted officers to respond to 200 Oak St.

8:02 p.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen from 2690 Progress Way.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 5

8:33 a.m.: A theft was reported at 525 Highway 99E.

2:02 p.m.: A theft was reported at 2655 Progress Way.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 6

10:50 a.m.: A burglary was reported at 311 S. Evergreen Road.

1:54 p.m.: Police responded to 1025 Park Ave. on a report of child/elder neglect.

11:04 p.m.: A theft was reported at the Woodburn Outlet Mall.

11:54 p.m.: An individual was trespassed from property at 327 Highway 99E.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 7

8:09 a.m.: A case of vandalism and criminal mischief was reported at 3250 Oxford St.

11:59 a.m.: A theft was reported at 2400 Highway 99E.

4:56 p.m.: A theft was reported at 311 S. Evergreen Road.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 8

12:11 a.m. and 5:21 p.m.: Thefts were reported from the Woodburn Outlet Mall.
