OSP, Woodburn Fire District and Oregon Department of Transportation responded to the crash at the 99E and Waconda Road intersection.
Police reported that at about 11:05 p.m. a silver 2007 Nissan Murano was traveling southbound on the highway when it veered out of its lane and struck a 2009 Kia Sportage operated by Rodion E. Ovchinnikov, 86, of Woodburn.
