Aurora Planning Commission is implementing a teleconferenced public hearing for a timely building issue

The meeting will commence electronically at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 7.

"Given the new regulations in place due to the cornavirus and related public health and safety concerns, the meeting will be held in a different (telecommuting) format," Aurora City Recorder Scott Jorgensen noted. "Most planning commissioners will be participating in the meeting via teleconference. Members of the public who are interested in participating in the meeting are also encouraged to do the same."

The public hearing involves a review of Conroy Classics plan for construction of three-story mixed-use building with retail space on the ground floor and two stories of residential above at 21520 Main Street NE.
