12:15 p.m.: Delfina Salinas Nunez-Salinas, 35, of Woodburn was arrested near the intersection of Brown Street and Brown Court for third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and physical harassment.

11:06 p.m.: Oscar Hernandez-Flores, 20, of Woodburn was arrested near the intersection of Harrison Street and North Front Street for driving under the influence of an intoxicant and hit and run.
