The driver of a black SUV drove off after a crash that killed a motorcycle operator.

Oregon State Police are looking for information on the driver of a black SUV who was involved in a crash that killed one person Wednesday morning.

OSP and emergency personnel responded to a crash site on Interstate 5 near milepost 270 about 6:50 a.m. March 10.

The preliminary investigation revealed that a black SUV and a motorcycle had been moving northbound on I-5. The SUV reportedly made contact with the motorcycle, and the motorcycle went off the road and into the center cable divider.

The driver of the SUV did not stop and continued northbound on the freeway.

The motorcycle operator, identified as Meagan Brumley, 30, of Keizer, sustained injuries and was pronounced deceased.

Now, state police are looking for information on the black SUV. They say there should be damage on the front driver's side of the vehicle.

Anyone who has information or witnessed the crash should contact the Oregon State Police Northern Command Center at 1-800-442-0776 to leave information for Trooper Michael Iacob.
