OCCMA members announced
Gervais City Manager Susie Marston has been named president, and Woodburn City Administrator Scott Derickson has been named president-elect of the Oregon City/County Management Association for 2022, the OCCMA announced recently.
Former Donald City Manager Heidi Bell also was named as an OCCMA director. Bell's last day in Donald was Oct. 1. She currently is the Sheridan city manager, while Eric Underwood is Donald's interim city manager.
Salem City Manager Steve Powers is the OCCMA past president; Mike Cully, the executive director of the League of Oregon Cities, is the secretary-treasurer.
Other OCCMA directors named were Ontario City Manager Adam Brown, Washington County Interim Assistant County Administrator Rachael Fuller, Molalla City Managter Dan Huff, Wilsonville Assistant to the City Manager Zoe Mombert, Irrigon City Manager Aaron Palmquist, St. Helens City Administrator John Walsh and North Plains City Manager Andy Varner.
The purpose of the OCCMA is to facilitate local government administrators and managers in promoting the exchange of information. It supports the goals of the International City/County Management Association. OCCMA is an affiliate organization of the League of Oregon Cities.
