May 19
Matthew Alan Rarick, 36, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for punitive contempt of court. Bail was set at $7,500 and the case remains open.

Rafael Gomez, 52, of Newberg, was arrested on a warrant from Yamhill County Circuit Court for harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 and the case remains open.

Robert Castro, 39, of Newberg, was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000 and the case is pending.
May 24
Antonio Baltazar Marroquin, 38, of Newberg, was arrested for unlawful possession of meth. He received an undisclosed sentence on the charge.
Nikole Tifany Brown, 24, of Newberg, was arrested on an FTA for aggravated harassment, second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Bail was set at $20,000 and she was booked and released.

Kyle Alan Lutze, 26, of Newberg, was arrested for DUII. He was booked and released and the case is pending.
