The Legion baseball team out of North Marion holds a perfect league record, Corvallis Knights come to town.

The Berries are rolling toward a perfect summer season in Area 3. The team is 12-0 against the likes of Redmond, Sherwood, Silverton, Newberg, and Molalla. In the final week of Legion play, the Berries host Silverton, Monday, July 19; Eugene, Tuesday, July 20; and Alpenrose, Thursday, July 22; before closing out the regular season on the road against Newberg, Saturday, July 24.PMG PHOTO: TANNER RUSS - North Marion rolled through league competition heading into the final week of Legion baseball.

North Marion will also host the Single A tournament from Aug. 4-8 at Bob Brack Stadium to determine a Legion state champion.

In addition to the Legion baseball, Bob Brack Stadium will play host to an exhibition game between the Corvallis Knights of the West Coast League and the Willamette Wild Bills of the Wild Wild West League Sunday, July 25. Proceeds will go to the North Marion Booster Club. Admission for $5 for adults, $3 for seniors, and children ages 12 and younger get in free.
