French Prairie Nursing receives excellence award
French Prairie Nursing & Rehabilitation was recognized recently by ranking in the top 25th percentile of all short-stay care facilities.
Healthlnsight, a regional health improvement collaborative that oversees nonprofit corporations in Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon and Utah, recognized nursing homes for demonstrating excellence in providing high-quality care for their residents.
French Prairie Nursing was awarded the Excellence in Care Coordination Award in September for ranking in the top 25th percentile nationally on 2017 Medicare short-stay care coordination measures.
Rankings are based on 15 long-stay quality measures reported on Medicare's Nursing Home Compare website. The facility also must have at least a 3-star rating on Nursing Home Compare and must currently be in good standing with its state survey agency.
