LIFE IN WEST LINN

5/12 3:28 p.m. A caller said he found his brother using his computer mouse, and when he tried to get it his brother hit him.

5/12 6:10 p.m. A resident said a woman and three kids were sitting near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive and begging for money. She was concerned this would "start happening over and over if they don't get moved along."

5/12 8:27 p.m. Kids were kicking trash cans and "messing around" with a drinking fountain near the 1100 block of 12th Street.

5/12 8:31 p.m. A caller said her friend told her she was drugged and raped.

5/12 11:25 p.m. A resident was concerned about a man coming towards her with a "wheelbarrow full of stuff" near the 1100 block of 12th Street.

5/12 11:31 p.m. People who were said to be drunk and on drugs were fighting near West A Street and Buse Street.

5/12 11:59 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was driving through a neighborhood near the 2900 block of Winkel Way.

5/13 3:01 p.m. Glue was poured on a car and something was shoved in the tailpipe near the 3000 block of Roxbury Drive.

5/13 3:47 p.m. Teens were seen doing drugs on a beach near the 25400 block of Swiftshore Drive.

5/13 6:12 p.m. A man claimed elder abuse because his wife wouldn't make him dinner. The wife told police she was making dinner, and that her husband was upset because he drank alcohol while on narcotics from surgery.

5/14 1:13 p.m. A resident wished to speak with an officer about someone who parked their trailer in a handicapped parking spot at Willamette Park and told her to "f-ck off."

5/14 6:41 p.m. People were heard screaming at each other.

5/14 10:28 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with a man inside it had been parked for about an hour near the 6700 block of Apollo Road.

5/15 9:45 a.m. A woman said she received a cashier's check for way over what it was supposed to be from a craigslist ad and she wasn't sure what to do.

5/15 11:42 a.m. A caller said someone was banging on her front door near the 1300 block of Evah Lane.

5/15 3:20 p.m. A caller was having strange, "fraud type" issues with her bank accounts.

5/15 7:11 p.m. People were blocking access to a ballot box at City Hall.

5/15 9:56 p.m. Three teens were seen going into a wooded area near the 1900 block of Hall Street.

5/16 1:35 p.m. A caller was concerned about a man who was walking with a three-legged dog on the side of the freeway.

5/16 3:24 p.m. A suspicious looking man was yelling and walking back and forth near the 2600 block of Lancaster Street.

5/16 3:29 p.m. A suspicious looking man was yelling and talking to himself near the 4400 block of Cornwall Street.

5/16 3:29 p.m. A caller said she was being pestered by door-to-door salesmen and that a "foreign colony" was leaving notes on her car about wanting to buy it.

5/16 5:15 p.m. A caller said she was being harassed by the family of the kids she was taking care of as a DHS case worker.

5/16 7:32 p.m. A caller said her son was threatened by an older couple while he was out walking a dog near Debok Road and Summerlinn Drive.

5/18 9:20 a.m. A disgruntled neighbor was pulling surveying stakes out of the ground near the 19000 block of Suncrest Drive.

5/18 10:56 a.m. A suspicious looking man was walking fast and swore at someone near Old River Drive and Cedaroak Drive.

5/18 12:37 p.m. A suspicious looking man was yelling profanities in a parking lot near the 19300 block of Willamette Drive.

5/18 2:28 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with out of state plates and the back window broken out was seen near Burns Street and River Street.

5/18 5:18 p.m. A caller said she was being harassed over the phone.

5/18 8:25 p.m. Three juveniles were seen on a roof near the 20000 block of Salamo Road.

5/18 8:27 p.m. People appeared to be smoking marijuana from a bong in a car near the 800 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

5/18 11:08 p.m. A car was "completely Saran wrapped" near the 21000 block of Salamo Road.

ACCIDENTS

5/12 9:10 a.m. A possible hit-and-run accident was reported near the 22300 block of Willamette Drive. No one was injured.

5/15 11:40 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 1800 block of 8th Avenue. No one was injured.

5/15 11:59 a.m. An accident was reported on Interstate 205. An injury was reported.

5/15 4:52 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near Willamette Drive and Arbor Drive. No one was injured.

5/18 1:52 p.m. A vehicle hit a retaining wall near the 2100 block of Alpine Drive. It was unknown if there were injuries.

5/18 5:20 p.m. An accident was reported near Willamette Drive and Webb Street. No one was injured.

FRAUD

5/12 7:39 a.m. Insurance policies and credit card accounts were opened fraudulently in someone's name.

5/14 1:58 p.m. Identity theft was reported.

5/14 4:25 p.m. A credit card was opened fraudulently in someone's name.

5/18 2:08 p.m. A fraudulent Century Link account was opened in a business's name.

THEFT

5/12 11:27 a.m. Someone was caught stealing food and drink items near the 5600 block of Hood Street.

5/15 11:19 a.m. A box of cat food was stolen near the 6300 block of Caufield Street.

5/15 12:11 p.m. Mail was stolen from a locked mailbox near the 19300 block of Robin Circle.

5/16 1:41 p.m. A screen door was reported stolen from a construction site near the 2400 block of Satter Street.

5/16 9:47 p.m. Cash was stolen from a home near the 5000 block of Prospect Street.
