ARRESTS

5/26 8:47 a.m. Michelle Jean Winger-Garris, 50, was lodged in Columbia County on a warrant for probation violation-DUII.

5/29 8:02 a.m. Blakley Herman Hickman, 24, was lodged in Deschutes County on a West Linn warrant for failure to appear-third degree theft.

5/31 12:45 p.m. Craig Arnold Hegrenes, 69, was lodged on suspicion of sexual abuse.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

5/25 8:37 a.m. Kids were loitering and skateboarding near Broadway Street and Buse Street.

5/25 9:28 a.m. A caller said she and her husband were separated, and he came over to her house to threaten her son and throw her planters.

5/25 9:56 a.m. A resident saw someone carrying a firearm and believed they were not allowed to have it because they were on parole.

5/25 11:04 a.m. A caller was concerned about kids who were being spanked by hand and with a stick.

5/25 1:37 p.m. A caller was concerned about her brother after he went to watch a game the night before and never returned.

5/25 3:02 p.m. A caller wished to speak with an officer about a mom and child who were panhandling near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

5/25 3:28 p.m. A resident said her ex-husband was trespassing at her business.

5/25 6:39 p.m. A man wished to report bigamy. He said a woman was abducted by someone in 1969 and he was her real husband.

5/25 6:49 p.m. A caller wished to report a woman and child who were panhandling because she heard the police could direct them to helpful resources.

5/26 12:35 p.m. A suspicious looking person was seen sleeping in a woodshed near the 6200 block of Holmes Street.

5/26 3:04 p.m. A caller said his son and daughter got in an argument.

5/27 1:31 p.m. A man was suspicious about a brand new motorcycle that was being unloaded at a neighbor's house. He said it "didn't look right."

5/29 10:04 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked with someone sleeping inside near Garden Street and Hood Street.

5/31 5:37 p.m. A caller said he evicted a tenant a week ago and the evicted resident was smoking on the deck and dumped trash on the property near the 4700 block of Falls View Avenue.

6/1 12:42 p.m. A caller heard a person yelling that he was going to kill someone near the 19500 block of Kapteyns Street.

6/1 2:03 p.m. Someone appeared to be hiding in a park near the 1500 block of Lewis Street.

6/1 7:22 p.m. Kids were seen on a roof near the 5900 block of Holmes Street.

6/1 10:02 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 1900 block of Hall Street.

6/1 11:57 p.m. A man was laying face down near Willamette Falls Drive and 14th Street.

ACCIDENTS

5/26 8:51 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 1800 block of Willamette Falls Drive. No one was injured.

5/27 9:58 a.m. An accident was reported near Willamette Falls Drive and 6th Street. No one was injured.

5/31 12:36 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 4500 block of Cedaroak Drive. No one was injured.

FRAUD

5/25 10:47 a.m. A Verizon account was opened fraudulently in someone's name.

5/25 4:26 p.m. A caller received a fraudulent bill from Verizon.

5/29 1:19 p.m. A caller wanted to talk to an officer about the "publishing clearinghouse" scam going on.

5/31 11:09 a.m. A fraudulent check for $2,000 was cashed on someone's account.

6/1 11:57 a.m. An attorney for the beneficiary of a trust said another trustee took $700,000 from the account.

6/1 12:11 p.m. A resident received a call from someone saying they were with Publisher's Clearing House. He wanted advice after cashing a check for the amount the person was asking for.

6/1 4:12 p.m. A fake prescription was brought to a pharmacy.

THEFT

5/26 8:58 p.m. Mail was opened and stuffed in someone else's box near the 1100 block of Royal Court.

5/29 12:01 p.m. A $100 personal check was stolen from a vehicle near the 2700 block of Sunset Avenue.
