ARRESTS

8/9 8:13 a.m. A 47-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

8/4 7:17 a.m. A caller said she was followed by a suspicious looking vehicle while running near Rosemont Road and Hidden Springs Road.

8/4 3:44 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked with flashers on near Blankenship Road and Debok Road.

8/4 5:47 p.m. A caller said a "strange man" walked into a bathroom and then left near the 18700 block of Willamette Drive. The toilet seat was broken and the caller wondered if the person stashed something in the toilet.

8/4 7:45 p.m. A suspicious looking person was fishing near the 5500 block of River Street.

8/4 8:29 p.m. Teens were skateboarding in a prohibited area near the 3600 block of Fairview Way.

8/4 10:20 p.m. A woman stopped her car and was screaming at someone near the 22200 block of Willamette Drive.

8/4 11:51 p.m. A vehicle hit plastic wrap that was stretched across a road near Fairhaven Drive and Beacon Hill Drive.

8/5 1:05 p.m. A caller was concerned after hearing screaming and someone saying "boy please stop."

8/5 9:56 p.m. A caller said his neighbor had a baseball bat and that "I have to go."

8/5 10:31 p.m. A caller said a group of kids laid toilet paper on his porch, rang the doorbell and ran away near the 1600 block of Killarney Drive.

8/5 11:02 p.m. A caller said she was house sitting and people were knocking on the windows and ringing the doorbell near the 22500 block of Ponderay Drive.

8/6 10:50 a.m. "A lot" of used condoms were found in a parking lot near the 20300 block of Willamette Drive.

8/7 6:30 a.m. A caller said her son hurt her emotionally.

8/7 9:00 a.m. A caller was contacted by an ex-boyfriend she had a restraining order against.

8/7 12:08 p.m. A man said two people approached his daughter at the park and tried to get her to smoke marijuana and use drugs with IVs.

8/7 1:07 p.m. A caller believed his neighbor drove drunk frequently.

8/7 1:12 p.m. A caller reported ongoing issues with neighbors selling drugs from their home.

8/7 4:03 p.m. A caller was upset because she kept getting stuck behind delivery vans.

8/7 4:50 p.m. A resident said a stranger offered to give her daughter a flashing toy and asked for her name near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

8/7 6:16 p.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported near Interstate 205 and Willamette Drive.

8/7 6:45 p.m. Someone was passed out and "writhing in pain" on a sidewalk near the 2100 block of 8th Court.

8/8 9:33 a.m. A caller said there was a bed bug infestation at her apartment and management wasn't taking care of it. She added that the landlord entered her apartment without permission.

8/8 12:13 p.m. A caller was concerned about a woman with a baby in the stroller; the woman was crying.

8/8 12:37 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was parked near the 1100 block of 12th Street, and the driver appeared to be moving his phone as someone's daughter was moving around outside.

8/8 5:28 p.m. A caller said a former neighbor who was a friend of her husband asked to speak with her son and said mean things about him, accusing him of theft.

8/8 7:50 p.m. A suspicious looking man was looking in garbage cans and loitering near the 2100 block of 8th Court.

8/8 11:13 p.m. Kids were loitering, walking in yards and being loud near the 2600 block of Warwick Street.

8/9 10:16 a.m. A caller was concerned after seeing an older man holding hands with a younger woman and putting her legs on his lap. He also kissed her inner thigh and on the lips. The caller was worried because the woman had Downs Syndrome.

8/9 3:35 p.m. A suspicious looking older man told a woman and her son that "they're all so beautiful" and later gave her son a toy.

8/9 9:50 p.m. Sheet metal was heard "banging around" near the 2100 block of 8th Court.

8/10 4:56 p.m. A caller said a customer asked for a fill-up at a gas station, then got mad and said he only asked for $10 worth of gas.

8/10 5:41 p.m. A caller said his 16-year-old daughter was threatened with a gun by a 16-year-old boy, who hit her about 2 weeks ago.

8/10 10:57 p.m. A caller heard that between 40 and 50 teens were having a party near the 1800 block of Deana Drive.

ACCIDENTS

8/4 5:18 p.m. An accident was reported near Santa Anita Drive and Pimlico Drive. An injury was reported.

8/5 4:31 p.m. An accident was reported near Interstate 205 and 10th Street. No one was injured.

8/6 7:59 a.m. Two vehicles collided on Interstate 205. No one was injured.

8/6 11:36 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive. No one was injured.

FRAUD

8/6 1:40 p.m. An internet scam involving iTunes cards was reported.

8/8 4:13 p.m. An internet scam involving iTunes cards was reported.

8/10 11:59 a.m. Someone opened a Verizon account in a resident's name.

THEFT

8/4 9:46 p.m. A wallet was stolen from a laundry room near the 1700 block of Blankenship Road.

8/5 3:29 p.m. Life vests were reported stolen near the 1100 block of 12th Street.

8/6 11:20 a.m. A immigation green card was stolen near the 1800 block of 8th Avenue.

8/8 9:13 a.m. Mailboxes were broken into overnight near the 19500 block of Willamette Drive.

8/10 11:32 a.m. A resident left a coat in a mailbox while walking near the 1200 block of Stonehaven Court, and it was stolen.
