ARRESTS

9/18 4:07 p.m. Justin Lee Fletcher, 39, was lodged in Klamath Falls on a West Linn warrant for DUII.

9/19 2:59 p.m. Michelle Jean Wingertgarris, 50, was lodged at Columbia County Jail on a West Linn warrant for suspicion of DUII.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

9/15 11:52 a.m. A caller said she wanted her husband to leave and he refused.

9/15 12:39 p.m. A man said an employee he fired was making threats and saying she was going to protest in front of the store.

9/15 2:24 p.m. A caller said someone was threatening bodily harm to him and his family, and that they'd broken into his home before.

9/15 3:13 p.m. A suspicious looking person was going door-to-door offering to buy cars that were parked near the 3000 block of Sabo Lane.

9/15 3:21 p.m. A suspicious looking person was offering to buy cars near the 2900 block of Beacon Hill Drive.

9/15 3:57 p.m. A large amount of debris was dumped by a truck near the 1800 block of Blankenship Road.

9/15 4:46 p.m. A homeless person was sleeping on a sidewalk near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

9/15 5:25 p.m. A man was seen urinating near the 22800 block of Willamette Drive.

9/15 6:58 p.m. Three gunshots were heard near the 1300 block of 4th Street.

9/15 8:04 p.m. A caller said a man had been "peeing, yelling and screaming at people who weren't there" since 4:30 near the 22800 block of Willamette Drive.

9/15 11:08 p.m. Teens were egging houses near the 3400 block of Ponderosa Loop.

9/16 12:51 a.m. A man was walking up and down a street and yelling near the 5200 block of West A Street.

9/16 2:53 p.m. A caller was concerned after hearing yelling coming from a home.

9/16 4:03 p.m. A possible burglary was reported near the 3800 block of Kenthorpe Way.

9/17 7:51 a.m. A caller said she and her husband were receiving threatening calls.

9/17 8:17 a.m. A caller said property outside was moved overnight and she found a note saying "666" on a table.

9/17 10:13 a.m. A caller said someone was living in a vehicle on his property near the 2000 block of 5th Avenue.

9/17 12:01 p.m. A caller thought she heard a cougar growling near the 6400 block of Tompkins Court.

9/17 12:25 p.m. A caller said she had a court order keeping her neighbor from pointing anything at her home, and there was a very bright light shining on her house now.

9/17 1:24 p.m. A caller said his ex-girlfriend was harassing him.

9/17 3:12 p.m. Roofers were yelling at a tenant near the 2300 block of Snowberry Ridge Court.

9/18 1:30 a.m. A caller was concerned when motion lights went on in her backyard and her dog was "acting funny" near the 2300 block of Dillow Drive.

9/18 12:17 p.m. A caller said she was followed by a drone from a baseball field back to her home near the 1500 block of Lewis Street.

9/18 1:34 p.m. A suspicious looking moving truck was offloading items into a van near Bonnet Drive and Oxford Street.

9/18 2:08 p.m. A man had been standing and staring at a plant for more than 15 minutes near the 1500 block of Rosemarie Drive.

9/18 6:34 p.m. A man and woman were shoving each other on a deck near Greene Street and Barnes Circle.

9/18 7:25 p.m. A man was riding his bike and "harassing dogs" at a dog park near the 19900 block of Willamette Drive.

9/18 9:00 p.m. A caller said a man was giving the employee at a restaurant the idea that she was paying for his meal.

9/19 8:21 a.m. A caller said a high schooler threatened to come to Athey Creek Middle School and kill her son.

9/19 9:14 a.m. A suspicious looking person was "acting funny" near the 4600 block of Bittner Street.

9/19 12:11 p.m. Someone was harassing customers near the 2000 block of 8th Avenue. He was also parked in a spot reserved for people with permits and when asked to move said "it's a free country."

9/19 12:36 p.m. A caller saw a woman run out of a house while yelling "I'm getting away from you!" When he asked if she needed help she told him to mind his own business.

9/19 4:54 p.m. A man said he was punched in the mouth during a road rage incident near Salamo Road and Greene Street.

9/21 10:43 a.m. A customer was refusing to leave a business near the 2100 block of 8th Court.

9/21 11:01 a.m. A death threat was written in graffiti at a restroom near the 800 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

9/21 11:03 a.m. A caller wished to speak with an officer about a person who was throwing things, including a dead squirrel, into her backyard near the 20100 block of Hoodview Avenue.

9/21 11:21 a.m. A suspicious looking person in a robe was carrying a wooden sword and walking up and down the street near the 2200 block of Long Street.

9/21 12:32 p.m. A man said he received an upsetting phone call during which someone said he should die and "some other things."

9/21 12:43 p.m. A man said his wife was going to call the police and make a false claim after they had an argument.

9/21 12:43 p.m. A caller said she had a physical argument with her husband.

9/21 1:32 p.m. A caller wanted to report an ongoing issue with neighbors having large parties, throwing things in her yard and jumping her fence near the 1700 block of 4th Avenue.

9/21 1:53 p.m. A person was sleeping in a vehicle near the 19400 block of Wilderness Drive.

9/21 5:18 p.m. A man said he was fired and unable to cash his checks. He added he was a registered sex offender.

9/21 5:25 p.m. A woman who had a very young child was seen panhandling near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

9/21 5:40 p.m. A caller believed people were camping in a truck at a green space near Dollar Street and Brandon Place.

ACCIDENTS

9/16 11:49 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 4300 block of Imperial Drive. No one was injured.

9/17 9:00 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 4500 block of Cedaroak Drive. No one was injured.

9/17 2:03 p.m. Two vehicles collided near the 3100 block of Summerlinn Drive. No one was injured.

9/21 10:47 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive. No one was injured.

9/21 2:06 p.m. An accident was reported near Interstate 205 and Willamette Drive. It was unknown if anyone was injured.

FRAUD

9/15 2:11 p.m. A caller said someone used her name to port Verizon cell service to another provider.

9/18 11:36 a.m. A caller said her daughter experienced fraud when she was selling Beanie Babies online.

9/19 8:08 a.m. A caller reported possible identity theft.

9/19 1:58 p.m. A caller reported losing $90,000 in bank account fraud.

THEFT

9/15 12:30 p.m. A front license plate was stolen overnight near the 1700 block of Killarney Drive.

9/15 1:43 p.m. A wallet was stolen from an unlocked vehicle near Radcliffe Court and Imperial Drive.

9/15 7:48 p.m. Someone left without paying for gas near the 2100 block of 8th Court.

9/16 9:43 a.m. A package was stolen from a porch near the 2800 block of Carriage Way.

9/17 1:59 p.m. A customer tried to get a refund in cash and picked up a cake that wasn't his near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

9/18 5:25 p.m. A caller said someone stole her friend's purse near the 1700 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

9/21 1:15 p.m. A street sign was stolen near the 3500 block of Chow Mein Lane.
