Children experienced a photo booth, balloon animals and more at the 'Kindergarten Carnival'

But that wasn't the case Thursday, Oct. 4, when the West Linn Public Library hosted its second annual "Kindergarten Carnival."

The event featured a photo booth, balloon animals, free books and a variety of prizes. New kindergartners had the opportunity to meet librarians and sign up for a library card.
