ARRESTS

2/17 4:22 p.m. A 38-year-old man was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on a warrant for parole violation and local charges of providing false information and felon in possession of a restricted weapon.

2/20 8:05 p.m. A 31-year-old man was taken into custody for failure to appear.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

2/15 2:30 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle with trap covering its windows was seen going back and forth near the 3400 block of Parker Road.

2/15 3:46 a.m. Two suspicious looking people were seen near 5th Avenue and 8th Street.

2/15 10:49 a.m. A caller said he'd found empty liquor bottles in a park near the 800 block of Willamette Falls Drive and he was worried that people were drinking and then driving away.

2/15 11:32 a.m. Possible elder abuse was reported.

2/15 3:23 p.m. A man reported being assaulted by his ex-girlfriend.

2/15 4:42 p.m. A suspicious looking person was seen trying to reach in a car window with a wire near the 1700 block of Blankenship Road.

2/15 6:12 p.m. Kids were "going all over" and "acting wild" in a parking lot near the 5600 block of Hood Street.

2/15 8:27 p.m. A suspicious looking person was seen trying to get in a shed near the 1200 block of Rosemont Road.

2/16 10:22 p.m. A caller heard 20 gun shots or — fireworks — near the 6100 block of Churchill Downs Drive.

2/17 10:04 a.m. A woman was fighting verbally with a staff member near the 21500 block of Willamette Drive.

2/17 2:04 p.m. A caller said a resident was screaming at him and his kid to get off their property when they were walking in the middle of the street near the 2100 block of Maple Terrace.

2/17 4:24 p.m. A caller said she wanted her children gone because they "don't follow her rules" and "trash mom's house."

2/18 10:54 p.m. A loud street sweeper and leaf blower could be heard near the 5600 block of Hood Street.

2/19 12:27 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle had its alarm going off near the 22900 block of West Bluff Drive.

2/19 6:37 p.m. A restraining order was violated.

2/19 7:47 p.m. Three people were screaming at each other in a parking lot.

2/20 12:10 a.m. A caller said someone was running around after knocking on their door.

2/20 9:12 a.m. A caller said a man kept calling his phone and threatened him in a voicemail.

2/20 1:01 p.m. A caller said a neighbor started screaming at her and workers she'd hired near the 1300 block of 9th Street. He threatened the workers and told the caller she owed him money.

2/20 5:50 p.m. Juveniles were seen spray painting a bridge near the 800 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

2/20 9:57 p.m. A caller said neighbors were fighting. It turned out the noise was a result of the neighbors giving their cat a bath.

2/21 12:13 a.m. A caller said a woman assaulted a 75-year-old woman.

2/21 3:52 a.m. A suspicious looking motorcycle was running for 15 minutes with no one around near the 2100 block of Charman Street.

2/22 10:09 a.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 22100 block of Clark Street.

2/22 12:51 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle was seen near the 800 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

2/22 2:24 p.m. A threat was reported.

2/22 6:39 p.m. A caller said ex-tenants at a building she rented near the 2800 block of Mark Lane were yelling outside.

ACCIDENTS

2/15 8:09 a.m. An accident was reported near Rosemont Road and Hidden Springs Road. No one was injured.

2/15 8:01 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 5400 block of West A Street. No one was injured.

2/17 12:33 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported near the 1000 block of Snidow Drive. No one was injured.

2/22 5:38 p.m. An accident was reported near Willamette Drive and Hollowell Street. No one was injured.

FRAUD

2/15 9:41 a.m. Fraud related to a PayPal account was reported.

2/19 8:00 a.m. A caller said he received fraudulent letters from two credit collection companies.

2/22 9:12 a.m. A caller said someone tried to open American Express accounts in his wife's name.

2/22 3:10 p.m. ID theft and credit card fraud were reported.

THEFT

2/15 7:18 a.m. Someone was seen breaking into a vehicle in a parking lot near the 3500 block of Chow Mein Lane.

2/16 8:28 p.m. A cab driver said a customer was refusing to pay him.

2/17 8:02 a.m. A GPS system, flashlight, sunglasses and garage remote were reported stolen from a vehicle near the 2300 block of Rogue Way.

2/19 11:52 a.m. A package was reported stolen from a porch near the 19800 block of Bellevue Way.

2/20 4:54 p.m. A backpack worth $80 and Airpods worth $160 were stolen from a locker.

2/22 2:39 p.m. Clothes were stolen from a locker room near the 5400 block of West A Street.

2/22 5:17 p.m. A cell phone was missing and possibly stolen.
