9/16/19 6:23 a.m. A caller said their ex-wife was consistently keeping their daughter home from school or pulling her out early. The caller said that the mother was already planning on keeping her home from school, arguing that she was too sick to go and wouldn't allow him to come pick her up to give her a ride to school.

9/16/19 8:18 a.m. Someone who said they take daily walks told police they were concerned about drivers speeding on Carriage Way, near where kids wait for the bus.

9/16/19 10:13 a.m. A caller said someone violated a restraining order the previous night and wanted to talk to an officer about it.

9/16/19 12:56 p.m. Someone in the 2700 block of Ridge Lane told police that their neighbor's Uber driver hit their car.

9/16/19 3:06 p.m. Police received a call from someone in the 1600 block of Dollar Street who said their jewelry was stolen. The caller mentioned they gave a key to a friend several weeks before and tried to get the friend to rehab, but the friend left rehab and they had recently had a fight.

9/16/19 3:07 p.m. A caller told police a man was stumbling at the top of Pimlico and carrying a beer. Police found a man matching the caller's description who was standing in his driveway who showed no signs of impairment.

9/16/19 4:33 p.m. A woman in the 1600 block of 19th Street told police that her neighbor was playing very loud music in his garage. The caller said she had talked to the neighbor before but he was not very receptive to her concerns. She also said he has a camera facing the street so he can turn the music down when he sees police coming.

9/16/19 6:07 p.m. Someone in the 1300 block of 9th Street told police that their neighbor was using a loud grinder with a compressor with the garage door open. Police informed the caller that this was only a violation of the noise ordinance between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. and advised to call back if it was still occurring after 7 p.m.

9/16/19 6:32 p.m. A caller in the 1700 block of 16th Street told police that two people carrying two bags of cans knocked on a neighbor's door, entered and came out a couple minutes later.

9/16/19 6:33 p.m. Police received a call from someone who said they found a machete on Sunburst Terrace and kicked it to the curb.

9/16/19 6:51 p.m. A man told police he turned in a wallet with money in it a few months previously and asked if it was unclaimed.

9/16/19 7:02 p.m. Police talked to a man on an I-205 offramp who appeared to be crying. The man said he was OK, just sad to be homeless and missing his girlfriend. The officer offered him a ride to the Wilsonville rest area, but the man declined.

9/16/19 10:03 p.m. Police found over an ounce of meth in the car of Arturo Garcia, who fled a traffic stop.

9/17/19 6:16 a.m. An employee at McDonalds suggested police check on a woman who was in the bathroom for over an hour.

9/17/19 7:14 a.m. A caller in the 1200 block of Fall Oaks Court told police that someone had smashed a window of their truck and stolen their backpack and laptop.

9/17/19 7:58 a.m. Someone at the Chevron station on 8th Court told police that a woman crouching in front of the store seemed out of it.

9/17/19 8:20 a.m. A caller told police that a car on West A Street was parked in front of a fire hydrant and another was taking up two spaces.

9/17/19 9:19 a.m. A caller reported to police that someone was walking a dog along Willamette Drive with a small child following along 20 feet behind them. The caller said they were concerned about the child walking on the busy road.

9/17/19 9:40 a.m. Police received a call from someone on Dollar Street who said someone was possibly breaking into their neighbor's house.

9/17/19 10:14 a.m. Someone called police and said they saw a man with no shoes on walk out of a friend's house.

9/17/19 10:35 a.m. A caller told police that a teenage boy had been sitting under the I-205 bridge on Blankenship Road for the past couple of hours.

9/17/19 12:30 p.m. Someone told police that several hours earlier they saw a man who ducked behind a fence when they realized the caller had seen them.

9/17/19 12:38 p.m. A caller in the 1400 block of Village Park Place told police that someone had entered their truck overnight and possibly taken warranty paperwork but nothing else.

9/17/19 1:21 p.m. A woman told police that a man had violated his no contact order several times and wanted to know why he hadn't been arrested.

9/17/19 3:55 p.m. A man told police that he saw a man with no shoes walking in the alley between 7th and 8th street.

9/18/19 8:57 a.m. Police received a call from someone who said a person was sleeping in a tent west of River Heights Circle.

9/18/19 9:00 a.m. A caller complained about a driver tailgating, speeding and passing on over double yellow lines on West A Street.

9/18/19 10:00 a.m. Someone called police, saying they run a Nextdoor group and received a message three hours previously from a middle-aged woman saying "Leaving this neighborhood. Last awake message from me. God bless."

9/18/19 11:47 a.m. A caller in the 4400 block of Norfolk Street told police their truck was keyed overnight.

9/18/19 1:03 p.m. Someone near Broadway and Buse Streets made a parking complaint.

9/18/19 3:31 p.m. Someone at city hall told police there was a black backpack near the bushes in the parking lot.

9/18/19 6:07 p.m. A caller told police that they had not heard from their son in a month and a half. The caller said they called their son's employer and was told he no longer works there. The caller asked that police go to the residence where he lives with a roommate's family and then called back to say that the son had just texted back and was OK.

9/18/19 6:31 p.m. A woman told police that several teenage boys were drinking at the Tanner Creek skate park, throwing garbage over a fence and yelling at people.

9/18/19 7:02 p.m. A man told police that someone was dumping wood and tearing up trails at Mary S. Young Park. The man said a person operating a front loader nearly hit him while he was running.

9/18/19 8:41 p.m. A caller told police that four or five teenage boys were playing at Sunset Primary. The caller stated that they were being loud and possibly skateboarding.

9/18/19 9:07 p.m. Police received a call from someone who said they saw an elderly woman walking up Hidden Springs Road on the wrong side of the road and not on the sidewalk. The caller said they tried to speak to the woman, but she didn't speak English.

9/19/19 6:59 a.m. A man driving on I-205 told police another driver hit his car, stopped to give him a business card and then drove off.

9/19/19 8:32 a.m. A caller told police that they accidentally locked their toddler in their car in the Montessori School parking lot.

9/19/19 8:34 a.m. Someone on Treetop Lane told police they were having ongoing issues with a neighbor parking too close to their vehicle.

9/19/19 8:53 a.m. A caller told police that their wallet was stolen from their car two days previously. The caller said their credit card had since been used at a gas station in Oregon City.

9/19/19 11:06 a.m. Someone at Anytime Fitness told police that they believed a man who is not a member of the gym was using the shower.

9/19/19 11:28 a.m. A caller told police that a man was walking around Oxford Street with an open bottle. The caller said the man told them he had a nice car and was picking up cans. The caller called back and said the man now had his shirt off and was walking toward Oregon City.

9/19/19 12:33 p.m. Someone told police that they were at the park with their two-year-old when a man approached the caller and said he was very emotional, asked for a hug, kissed the caller on the side of the head and said he loved her.

9/19/19 1:01 p.m. A caller told police that a baby deer was on the playground at Cedaroak Primary School. The caller said staff tried to get the deer to move along, but it seemed frantic. The deer eventually made its way out and was OK.

9/19/19 2:31 p.m. A lawyer told police their client believes a moving company stole from them in 2016 and 2017.

9/19/19 4:05 p.m. A caller told police that they believed a man jumped over a fence on Parker Road and may have left a 40 ounce beer bottle on a wall.

9/19/19 4:09 p.m. Someone told police that their daughter was harassed on her way home from school that day. The caller said the harrassers apparently said 'Did you have a nice day at school little girl?' from a car while she waited at a crosswalk.

9/19/19 6:26 p.m. Police received several calls from people in the Willamette area who reported hearing gunshots.

9/19/19 6:45 p.m. A caller in the 19700 block of Spring Ridge Drive said he was confronted by a neighbor because his car was parked in front of his house for three weeks and the neighbor is very upset about it.

9/20/19 7:55 a.m. A caller told police a man was walking around Barrington and Beacon Hill drives. The caller said he had no drugs, alcohol or weapons but had his hands in his pocket.

9/20/19 8:54 a.m. Police received a call from someone who said a man was walking around the brush with a rifle on his back near Norfolk Street and Sunset Avenue.

9/20/19 9:08 a.m. A caller reported ongoing issues with a man going through recycling and taking cans. The caller said that morning, he tried to confront the man who quickly drove off in a green Acura, nearly hitting the caller.

9/20/19 9:08 a.m. A man called about several cars parked without permits in the permit-only area on West A Street and Skyline Drive.

9/20/19 10:55 a.m. A woman told police that her car was broken into overnight and her work laptop and a survey drop box were stolen. She said there were no obvious signs of forced entry.

9/20/19 11:48 a.m. A man told police that a man was lounging on the ground next to garbage cans in the cul-de-sac of Hall Court.

9/20/19 12:15 p.m. A caller in the 1500 block of 10th Street told police that they found what looked like black tar wrapped in plastic placed in their dog waste bin. The caller said they thought it might have been related to the suspect police were chasing in the area earlier that week.

9/20/19 3:56 p.m. A caller in the 18300 block of Shady Hollow Way told police that a house was for sale on their street and they noticed a bird in a cage that looked "messy" and didn't have any food. Police spoke with the bird owner who did not want to show officers the bird. Police called the original caller back who said they were still very concerned.

9/20/19 4:08 p.m. A caller told police that their 12-year-old daughter was walking through the parking lot of Starbucks on Willamette Drive when a teen passenger in a car honked a horn, scaring the girls and nearly causing them to be hit by the car.

9/20/19 7:14 p.m. Police received a call from someone who said two teenage boys were walking down Sunset Avenue with what looked to be paintball guns and aiming at people, pretending to shoot.

9/20/19 7:45 p.m. Someone reported hearing a child yelling "help."

9/21/19 5:44 a.m. Someone in the 2200 block of Arbor Drive told police that a tree came down on their property.

9/21/19 9:52 a.m. A woman in the 1800 block of Webb Street told police that she received a voicemail the previous day from a woman who was crying and said she had been attacked. The woman said the call left no Caller ID and she didn't recognize the voice but she wanted to know if officers could trace it.

9/21/19 11:27 a.m. A caller asked police to check on their dad, who had apparently fallen a couple of times in the night. The caller said they had tried to reach their dad but hadn't been able to for a few hours. The caller called police back to say that their dad was all right.

9/21/19 3:58 p.m. A caller told police that a portion of a manhole cover was sticking up in the air at the intersection of Blankenship Road and 19th Street.

9/21/19 3:58 p.m. Someone told police that a man was climbing the Arch Bridge and looked like he was trying to take a sign up on the arch.

9/21/19 4:41 p.m. A caller at Mary S. Young park said he was attacked by a black and white poodle with a pink scarf. The caller said the dog bit him on the shoe and also bit his dog, but neither were hurt.

9/21/19 6:39 p.m. Someone in the 1600 block of 6th Avenue told police that they had an ongoing issue with their neighbor. They said they just drove up and the neighbor was flipping them off and said they need to worry about their son.

9/21/19 7:12 p.m. Police received a call from someone who said their 13-year-old daughter was at WLHS watching a football game with her older sister and said she hadn't been seen since halftime which was a few hours previously. The missing girl was found sleeping in her house.

9/21/19 7:43 p.m. A caller in the 2400 block of Donegal Court told police that $200 worth of gift cards and makeup were stolen from their unlocked car.

9/21/19 8:52 p.m. Someone told police that people were threatening to beat up their son if he didn't give them money.

9/22/19 12:47 p.m. A caller told police a van with for sale sign was parked on the side of the road.

9/22/19 5:33 p.m. Police received a call from someone who said they passed by a car with its window smashed.
