Appreciated recent 'long haul' article

Thank you for your "The Long Haul" article about long-term Covid effects in the February 2 edition of the West Linn Tidings. It should be required reading for all, especially anti-vaxers and -maskers.

Why I'm supporting Forde

I am enthusiastic about Libra Forde running for Clackamas County Commissioner Position #2. When I think about the kind of leader who will help in improving the quality of life for all Clackamas County residents, Libra is the one to lead this charge. Libra lives in a small town and personally knows the challenges that we face in today's world – wildfires, public safety, secure housing, access to public transportation, and strengthening our local economy. Libra approaches policies with a holistic viewpoint based upon her vast experiences – as a military family member, guiding her family through many challenges; as a local school board member, prioritizing our children in the classroom, including her own; and as a leader of a local nonprofit, Libra works in the service of others. I enjoy speaking with Libra, as her calm demeanor and integrity shine through. Libra is the kind of leader who listens and genuinely cares about the concerns of fellow Clackamas County residents. I know I can trust Libra to advocate for what we care about here. I encourage all to vote for Libra Forde for Clackamas County Commissioner Position #2 when you receive your ballots in May.
