1/28 12:04 p.m. A case of identity theft was reported by an individual in the 30500 block of Southwest Rose Lane. The victim reported that income had been reported to the IRS under her name and Social Security number in 2011 and 2012 for work she did not do. No suspects were identified.

1/31 10:22 a.m. A stolen 2004 Dodge Dakota pickup belonging to a Wilsonville resident was recovered from down a steep embankment near a gravel pit off Pine Creek Road outside Molalla. It was located more than 100 feet down from the roadway and was nose down in a small creek when found. The truck had all four wheels and tires removed. The body of the truck was extensively damaged.


2/02 10:42 a.m. A burglary was reported at a residence in the 28300 block of Southwest Wagner Street. There, an unknown suspect entered an open garage and stole two cans of gasoline. A bicycle also was left behind by the perpetrator; a LEDS check revealed it was not stolen and it was seized as evidence.

2/04 6:44 a.m. A burglary was reported at a residence in the 29400 block of Southwest Montebello Drive. Police were dispatched to a burglary in progress, but arriving officers found that the suspect or suspects had fled through a rear door. One of the residents told officers they heard noises in the living room and got up to investigate and found a sliding glass door wide open. A 40-inch LED television and an iPod Touch were the only items stolen.



1/30 10:02 a.m. A Wilsonville man reportedly drove his Kia Sedona minivan into a grassy area off the roadway in the 31200 block of Southwest Boones Ferry Road in a mistaken attempt to drive up to a public restroom. He then realized he was blocked in by a post and was unable to free his vehicle once it became stuck in wet grass. A tow truck finally extricated the vehicle and the driver was allowed to leave without being cited.

2/01 3:56 p.m. A bicyclist was injured in a collision with a Toyota Highlander SUV driven by a West Linn resident near the intersection of Southwest Canyon Creek and Copper Creek roads. The cyclist was taken by ambulance to a local hospital after complaining of pain. No citations were issued.

2/02 12 p.m. A hit-and-run incident was reported in the 8400 block of Southwest Main Street. A 2010 Mazda 323 parked on the street overnight was struck by another vehicle, leaving a foot-long dent in the side panel. No suspects identified.

2/02 5:33 p.m. A homeowner in the 6900 block of Southwest Glenwood Court reported an unknown person shot a target arrow into their yard. The yellow wooden arrow was found sticking out of the lawn, and the complainant reported to police that the incident had “disturbed him.”

2/03 10:36 a.m. A concrete support underneath the Boones Ferry rail bridge was vandalized with profane graffiti. No suspects identified, although the initials “PJ” were part of the damage.
