CANBY INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION — This small-town, family-friendly event is coordinated by the City of Canby's Main Street Program with support from community volunteers and sponsorships from local businesses.

CELEBRATE THE FOURTH THE OLD FASHIONED WAY — The 10th annual Old Fashioned Fourth of July event will take place in St. Paul at Newell Pioneer Village, 8089 Champoeg Road. from 4-6 p.m. It will feature a pie baking contest, a story about early pioneers, a pie auction and more.


LONESOME DEWEY — Historic Butteville Store in French Prairie hosts its weekly dinner and live music event; this week will feature Lonesome Dewey, an Americana band with a wide repertoire including cowboy campfire, rock and country. Go to to find out about tickets.


Pathfinder — The City of Wilsonville invites community members of all ages to become a Wilsonville Pathfinder by creating a passport, solving clues, exploring City parks, attending events and winning prizes. Each page of the passport takes you on a new and different adventure, including fun events/activities that you may not know about and places you may have never been. Stop by City Hall, Library, Parks and Rec Admin Building, or the Community Center to pick up a Pathfinders Passport and start exploring.
