Methamphetamine, firearms and a hand grenade were seized during a traffic stop Friday night.

Police said they stopped 47-year-old Artemia Carillo, of Portland, for a traffic citation around 11 p.m. Officers discovered Carillo's vehicle was stolen, and, upon further investigation, they also found methamphetamine, several rifles, shotguns, handguns and the grenade. According to police, a member of a metro area Explosives Disposal Unit took the grenade for proper disposal.

Carillo was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of felon in possession of a firearm, possession, and distribution of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a destructive device and unlawful possession of a prohibited firearm.
