CCC launches transfer program with Arizona State University
Clackamas Community College is partnering with Arizona State University to offer students a seamless way to plan and execute a successful transition from the community college to the university.
Announced by CCC on Monday, students will now have access to the MyPath2ASU program, providing them with customized tools to successfully navigate the transfer process from beginning to end.
Personalized benefits available through the program include guided pathways to help navigate the courses needed to transfer, assistance with selecting courses applicable to an ASU degree, self-service degree progress tracking, guaranteed general admission into the university given that all requirements are completed and more.
"If you're thinking about starting your four-year education at CCC, you're making a smart choice,"Â said CCC Office of Education Partnerships Director Jaime Clarke. "You can save thousands of dollars on your education while taking classes that transfer to ASU."
ASU will work in collaboration with CCC to open pathways for students to earn educational degrees through in-person and online courses. These pathways will not only ensure students are on track to earning an ASU degree, but will also help minimize credit loss.Â
