Deepest thanks to the West Linn and Wilsonville communities for the opportunity of serving eight years on the West Linn-Wilsonville School Board and, now, as a member of the Clackamas Community College Board of Education.
Thank you to the West Linn-Wilsonville educators and staff for your deep commitment to ensuring that ALL students fulfill their promise, and to the families and the community for being so supportive of them.
As a CCC board member, I'm looking forward to working with the WL-WV School District on college and career pathways, and to ensuring affordable, accessible, quality education for CCC students. Relationships with community partners in fulfilling work force needs are also a vital part of the CCC mission.
I'll remain active on the Oregon School Boards Association Board, and as the OSBA representative on the Oregon Community College Association Board, and hope to maximize collaboration among education partners. With increased state investment in public education, your continued engagement and support — making your voices heard — will be essential for students.
Thank you again. I look forward to hearing from you.
