A busy week: SAT prep, curriculum nights and learning about appying to colleges

Calling all seniors

Wilsonville High School students, it's time to start thinking ahead. The First Family College Night will kick off at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, in the Pointe on the south end of the library. The counseling staff will provide an abundance of information on the college admission process and timelines, as well as the application process. Learn about your child's school

Principal Patrick Meigs welcomes families of students at Lowrie Primary to meet the staff at Curriculum Night, and learn more about the school. Curriculum Night will be from 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21. Family will be able to visit their children's classrooms to learn more about the teacher and their plans for the upcoming school year.

Preparing for the SAT

It's nearing that time to start considering how to study for the SAT. There will be an SAT Prep Course set to begin Sunday, Sept. 24. The course will end the week before the Nov. 4 administration of the SAT. Registration is on a first come-first serve basis and all forms must be submitted by Friday, Sept. 22.
