The online public school for K-12 students will have an information session July 11 in Wilsonville

For students who might be experiencing health issues, or for those that learn at a different pace from their peers or desire a more flexible schedule, Oregon Connections Academy — a free online public charter school for K-12 students — is offering information sessions for families. On Thursday, July 11, there will be an information session at the Oregon Connections Academy Satellite Facility, 30485 S.W. Boones Ferry Road, Suite 102, where parents can meet with school staff and ask questions.

Teachers work closely with students to develop personalized learning plans and help tailor curriculum to meet students' educational needs.

Oregon Connections Academy offers many ways for students to meet and learn together through in-person field trips and online clubs. The school also supports students sharing ideas and experiences with their classmates through live online sessions.

For more information and a list of in-person meetings or real-time interactive online sessions conducted by a current Connections Academy family or school representative, visit or call 800-382–6010.
