West Linn-Wilsonville middle schoolers were nothing short of experimental during the Farm Foodies camp at the Center for Research in Environmental Sciences and Technologies (CREST) headquarters this month. From June 24 to July 10, campers visited school gardens across the district and learned about agriculture and farming. Students made food including raspberry jam, kale chips and salsa and sold their homemade goods and produce to the community a farm stand at CREST.
