Confidential family applications can also be picked up at school and submitted to Rhonda Linstrom, eligibility official at 2755 S.W. Borland Road, Tualatin, OR. 97062, or emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., or faxed to 503-638-0486.

Applying now ensures a faster processing time and ensures students will not be charged for meals unnecessarily as long as the student's family qualifies for the program. Meal benefits are not retroactive.
